You earn Court Cash automatically when you place a qualifying order:
- $150 - $299.99 -> $10 Court Cash
- $300 - $449.99 -> $20 Court Cash
- $450 - $599.99 -> $30 Court Cash
- $600+ -> $40 Court Cash
3. Do all products earn Court Cash?
No - some products do not qualify for earning Court Cash, and those items are listed in the exclusions section below.
4. When will I receive my Court Cash?
You will receive your Court Cash by email within 24 hours after your order has been packaged for shipment.
5. What should I do if I didn't receive my Court Cash email?
First check your spam or promotions folder and confirm your order has shipped. If you are still unable to find your Court Cash email, contact our customer service team and they will make sure you receive it.
6. How do I use my Court Cash?
You can use Court Cash on qualifying online purchases of $10 or more during the applicable redemption period by entering the invoice number and code in the gift card field during checkout. Your Court Cash email will include the applicable redeption period so you know when you can use your Court Cash. Please see #10 and #11 below for the list fo items excluded from our Court Cash promotion. Court Cash cannot be combined with other coupons or offers.
7. Can I use my Court Cash when placing an order over the phone?
No - Court Cash can only be redeemed online.
8. Why is my Court Cash not working?
Court Cash may not work if the invoice number and code are typed in incorrectly, entered as a promo code instead of a gift card, used with another open cart, or applied to ineligible items.
9. What should I do if my Court Cash still won't apply?
Clear all other open carts, and re-enter the invoice number and code in the gift card field. If this still doesn't work, our customer service team can help.
10. What items do not earn Court Cash?
You cannot earn Court Cash on drop shipped products, Babolat Pure Racquets, Babolat VS Touch string, Wilson, demo racquet orders, gift cards, used racquets, and orders that contain coupon codes.
