Tennis Warehouse Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. The reward for this promotion is one (1) promotional Court Cash coupon issued by Tennis Warehouse, LLC to eligible customers for use on a future qualifying online purchase during the applicable redemption period. Court Cash is a promotional discount only and is not a gift card or stored-value product. Court Cash is not redeemable for cash and may not be sold, transferred, or combined with other offers.
2. To receive a promotional Court Cash coupon, you must purchase a qualifying amount of product on one single online order from Tennis Warehouse, LLC during the applicable promotion period of January 19, 2026 through January 31, 2026. This promotion is open to all US customers of Tennis Warehouse, LLC with the exception of employees of Sports Warehouse, Inc., and Tennis Warehouse, LLC, their families, agents, and representatives.
3. Purchases of drop shipped products, Babolat Pure Racquets, Babolat VS Touch String, Wilson, demo racquet orders, gift cards, used racquets, and orders that contain coupon codes do not qualify toward earning Court Cash.
4. Qualifying Order Totals and Reward Amounts:
   • Promotion Period orders from $150.00 - $299.99 will receive a $10 promotional Court Cash coupon.
   • Promotion Period orders from $300.00 - $449.99 will receive a $20 promotional Court Cash coupon.
   • Promotion Period orders from $450.00 - $599.99 will receive a $30 promotional Court Cash coupon.
   • Promotion Period orders $600.00 and over will receive a $40 promotional Court Cash coupon.
5. The Court Cash coupon will be sent to you via email within twenty-four (24) hours of your qualifying order being packaged for shipment.
6. If you do not receive your Court Cash within 24 hours, please contact customer service at info@tennis-warehouse.com or give us a call at 1 800 883 6647.
7. This Court Cash is valid for redemption from February 1, 2026 until 11:59 PM PST on February 28, 2026 when it expires. The Court Cash coupon is for one-time use only and cannot be applied to multiple orders. It can only be redeemed online at https://www.tennis-warehouse.com. To redeem the Court Cash coupon, please enter the invoice number and the provided code into the "Gift Card/Redemption" box within the payment method section of the checkout page for your next order. The total of that order (excluding shipping costs) must be $10 or more. Only one Court Cash coupon may be used per qualifying transaction.
8. Court Cash cannot be redeemed on the purchase of select products. Court Cash cannot be redeemed on drop ship products, demo racquets, select pickleball products, gift cards, or used racquets.
9. All shipping costs associated with the new order in which the Court Cash is redeemed are the sole responsibility of the customer.
10. All taxes relative to this promotion and the redemption of Court Cash are the sole responsibility of the customer.
11. If a purchase made using Court Cash is returned, the Court Cash will not be reissued. Refunds will reflect the amount actually paid after the Court Cash discount was applied. If a qualifying purchase used to earn Court Cash is returned or canceled, the Court Cash coupon may be voided.
12. By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have participated of their own free will, that the full rules and details have been made available to them in writing, and they therefore understand and agree that neither Sports Warehouse, Inc. / Tennis Warehouse, LLC, nor their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives, or employees have any liability concerning any damages arising out of acceptance and use of a reward or coupon. Sports Warehouse, Inc. / Tennis Warehouse, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdirected Court Cash or for technical failures affecting participation or redemption.
13. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
14. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
15. Tennis Warehouse, LLC reserves the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time; however, Court Cash already issued will remain redeemable through the stated redemption period, unless termination is required by law or due to fraud or abuse.
