1. How do I place a team order?
Team orders can be placed online using your unique team discount code.If you need help getting started, or if you'd prefer to place your order directly, please contact our Team Department at 1-888-466-1188 or email team@tennis-warehouse.com.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept purchase orders, checks, and wire transfers. At this time, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a method of payment.
3. How do I pay with a purchase order?
Purchase orders are accepted only from schools, colleges, and government agencies. Before your order can ship, we must receive a PDF copy of a signed PO on official school or district letterhead. The PO should include:
- PO number
- Authorized signature
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Available dollar amount

4. What is the school team discount?
School team discounts are for high school and collegiate teams. Please contact the Team Department to see if you qualify for discounts. We offer up to 30% off apparel, shoes, bags, and qualifying accessories. We do not give discounts on liquidation items, tennis balls, ball machines, or stringing machines. Discounts vary by item.
5. What is the league team discount?
League team discounts are for any tennis team that participates in organized play, such as USTA, inter-club, or local recreational teams. Please contact the Team Department to see if you qualify for discounts. We offer up to 30% off apparel, shoes, bags, and qualifying accessories. We do not give discounts on liquidation items, tennis balls, ball machines, or stringing machines. Discounts vary by item.
6. How are cases of tennis balls shipped?
Cases of tennis balls are always shipped via UPS Ground and include a $5.95 shipping fee per case. For large quantity orders, we may be able to ship directly from the manufacturer with no shipping charges. Qualifying quantities vary by brand, so please contact the Team Department for details. Manufacturer shipments typically arrive within 5Ð10 business days and can only be delivered to schools.
7. What are your shipping costs?
With the exception of tennis ball cases, orders over $50 ship free within the contiguous U.S.
8. Does Tennis Warehouse offer customization?
Yes! We provide several customization options, including embroidery and printing. If you choose to create your own custom design, there is a one-time setup fee of $50 for embroidery and $30 for printing per logo in addition to the regular customization fees. All customization orders must be placed on a single order.
9. Can I return or exchange my team uniform?
Apparel & shoes can be returned or exchanged within 90 days of the invoice date if it is in brand-new condition with original tags and packaging intact. Defective items can be returned within 30 days after the invoice date. Items returned from bulk orders will be credited back to the original purchaser. 10. What if I want to use a Purchase Order using my tax exempt status?
You can establish your tax-exempt status online, but your Purchase Order must still be submitted directly to the Team Department for processing. Please send your PO to team@tennis-warehouse.com
League Team FAQ
1. How do I place an order?
To place a team order, please call the Team Department at 1-888-466-1188, or email us directly at: team@tennis-warehouse.com. A team representative will be able to get you started with an order, and can assist you with any questions you may have regarding team discounts.
2. How can my league team place an order for uniforms?
The team captain will need to register by submitting a roster through our website. Once the team is registered, each player will qualify for the team discount. This will allow each player to pay individually and have items shipped directly to themselves. Their orders can be placed online, over the phone, or via email.

5. What are your shipping costs?
We offer FREE 2-Day shipping on orders over $50. Offer valid in the contiguous U.S. only. Click here for more details on this offer. UPS Ground Shipping is $5.95 on team orders and will take two to five business days to arrive. Another option is Overnight Shipping, pricing varies based on delivery location and weight of package. Orders must have an actual or dimensional weight of 12 lbs. or less.
6. Does Tennis Warehouse customize uniforms?
We offer a number of customization methods and stock logos for team uniforms. Please see our Embroidery, Heat Seal, or Screen Printing pages for more information. If you choose to create your own custom design, there is a one time set up fee of $50 per logo in addition to the regular customization fees. All customization orders must have a minimum of six items, and must be placed on a single order.
7. Can I return or exchange my team uniform?
Tennis Warehouse will take back items that are defective for 30 days after the invoice date. Apparel can be returned for a full refund or exchange if it is in brand-new condition. The original tags and packaging must be intact. Items returned from a bulk order will be credited back to whoever originally purchased the items. Embroidered and screen-printed items are non-returnable.
