Embroidery uses thread to sew directly onto a garment creating a rich and textured design. Smaller designs, that use many colors, make embroidery a great customization choice.

Screen printing involves pressing inks through one or more silk screens onto a garment. This process is best for larger designs and orders that have higher quantities.

Heat Seal adheres designs to fabric that are cut out of printed vinyl and then applied using heat and pressure. Using specialized image driven, multiple color logos, is the best application for heat seal.

Step #1:

Choose the item of clothing you would like to heat seal. Six or more garments must be ordered to qualify for heat seal.

Step #2:

Select one of the free designs that will be customized with your team's name, or you may choose to digitize your own personal logo for $50.00.

Step #3:

Decide where the logo will be placed on the apparel item and how large you would like your logo. Click here for logo placement options.

A standard heat seal will cost $7.00, and a large heat seal will cost $11.00 per piece. Click here for sizing options.

* Once your order has been finalized, please allow an additional five to seven business day for all heat sealed items to be completed, then your order will ship.

** Items that have been customized with screen printing, embroidery, or heat seal, are not eligible for a return/refund/exchange. To assure correct sizing we recommend ordering sample sizes.
