Speed, stability and comfort align in the adidas Ubersonic 5! Updated with the callouts you loved from the 2nd version, these shoes offer step in comfort with a comfortable heel collar and lock down featuring a half bootie entry. Speedframe technology provides added stability for quick movements while the midsole remains responsive and cushioned. Breathability has been added with a cutout and venting through the outsole which also helps keep the shoes light. Adituff materials have been beefed up for a more durable experience, although we must mention, these shoes remain light and fast ideal for match day and won't be the most durable shoes in adidas' lineup.

Relatively comfortable good fittingI have worn Adidas for years and they keep changing the fit. The comfort is a 7/10. Not as cushioned as other models. The very stiff piping at the top of the tongue hurt my ankle quite a bit. I cut it off and now they are great! I’m obsessed with the color!
Ditto to the review belowI have read through many reviews and agree with most. The ubersonic 4 was a great shoe. I loved the sock and speedy response from the shoe. The ubersonic 5 is bulky and stiff. If it's not broken then don't fix it. Please bring back the ubersonic 4!!

Bring back the ubersonic 4!I have read through many reviews and agree with most. The ubersonic 4 was a great shoe. I loved the sock and speedy response from the shoe. The ubersonic 5 is bulky and stiff. If it's not broken then don't fix it. Please bring back the ubersonic 4!!
Great Performance/ComfortLove adidas Ubersonic Shoes
Ubersonic 5I was a Defiant Bounce person. When they stopped manufacturing those I was lost. I tried the Ubersonic 4. It worked. I was happy. Then it was time to get new shoes again. Biscuit. The Ubersonic 5 is completely different. Stiffer. I likely won't order these again and will be once again looking for a new shoe.
