Happy with these shoesMy previous adidas tennis shoes hurt my ankle bone but these are good, no pain. There is a lot of padding around my heel so it looks a bit bulky but it doesn't affect my movement. I wanted a moderately priced shoe and this one is working out just fine.

Avacourt devoteeI’ve been loyal to adidas for almost 20 years. First the Barricade, until they changed it. Now the Avacourt 2. Comfortable from the start, nice and light. This new Y-3 version though, seems to run short. I’ve worn the same size for decades but this model made me wish I’d ordered a half size larger (a full size up from my regular shoes, rather than a half size).

Not the prettiest but vert comfy & well madeI only wear Adidas because there is nvr a break in period. Wider toe box & more narrow in arch which is what I need. Ordered these because of great clearance price. very comfy (as are all Adidas) but I hv to say the colors are odd & don’t necessarily go with a lot of things but glad I purchases nonetheless.

Another design changeAdidas seems to have changed the design of the shoe again. It seems like every time I find a shoe that fits comfortably, the 3rd purchase has a different fit. Unfortunately this pair hurts the bottom of my feet. I'll try insoles etc but I'm just disappointed.

ShoesI love this shoe. I have tried several other brands and the toe boxes are too tight. The colors of the show make me happy and give me a pep in my step.

AlmostAdidas have been my favorite shoes for years. Worked my way from Ubersonic, to Flash and sort of accidentally purchased these. They're good but not quite the same as the others mentioned. Heel is loose but they are not rubbing badly. I think I'll look for the Flash again since the Ubersonic model I loved is no longer made.

Not wide enough for meI was looking for a shoe to replace Wilson 4.0 rush pro. These did not measure up. Too narrow and too short. I ended up sending them back and getting the new Wilson Pro which isn’t the best looking shoe but has a nice roomy toe box and they are great!

Comfortable so farI tried these based on all the positive reviews and the description says they are designed for a woman's foot. I ordered two sizes because it said to size up but my normal size is what I ended up keeping. They are comfortable so far. I play approximately 4-5 hours of tennis a week. I’ve tried several other brands but my feet would always ache after playing. Not with these! I also love that the shoe comes in so many colors! Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a new tennis shoe.

VERY comfy and supportive tennis shoesI asked several folks on my team chat about a rec for tennis shoes with a wide toe box. This was the shoe everyone recommended and it met expectations. I pay A LOT of tennis per week. The color I bought is a little "funky" but that's probably why the cost was so good. There are lots of other color combos available. I recommend these shoes wholeheartedly!

Would return if I could...I play local leagues and I am not a pro. I really liked adidas Defiant but felt like it didn't last long, so read this one was better built and decided to try it considering the price was great. When I put it on it felt nice but in court if felt clunky and the sole was too bouncy, like I couldn't feel where I was stepping very well. And at the end of a 90min clinic my right foot - and I never feel anything - felt uncomfortable. I definitely like the lightweight shoes better and this one does not feel like it.

Comfy but Wear FastI love these shoes, I just wish they would last a bit longer. They are so comfortable, like ready to go right out of the box. The bummer is that they don’t last very long. I’m a 5.0 that plays 2-3x a week, mix of singles/doubles, and these last me 2 months-ish. I also order a half size down in these (8s instead of my usual 8.5) and have wide feet.

Stable and comfortableThis is my 2nd pair of Avacourt. It’s very comfortable with a wide and stable front. Only issue is laces keeps coming undone.
3 out of 5 Stars
Stable and good balance, but clunkyI sized a half size up based on reviews, but really should have kept my usual size as I found one shoe a little too big as a result. These shoes definitely made me feel stable and steady, but overall the sole is just very big and I feel like I have clown shoes on. I don't feel my feet move fast in them. I save these for drills and practice, but I use another brand of shoes for match play.

Comfortable and supportiveComfortable nearly straight out of the box. Wide toe box is great! Good flex to complement the support; a dream compared to my Asics court ff2s. True to size. Bought a second pair.

Don’t let the wild colors fool youI love Adidas. These are the most comfortable sneaker. A spacious toe box. A secure tongue. No-slip ties. Get compliments all the time. The colors are wild, but look great on court. Plus, they’re on sale! I bought three pair.

Perfect fitThese tennis shoes are just gorgeous. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I give it a 4 because it is a little difficult to put it on, due to the tongues being connected to the inside of the shoe. Overall a good product.

Swing and A Miss!I bought those for my wife because they were on for such an appealing price. Besides my wife is not fussy about her shoes, as long as they look good. These ones looked good but unfortunately are so uncomfortable when she tried them on that they went right back in the box! (:- ( Looks like she'll either try to sell them or give them away if she can find a foot that fits? I'd return them but we're from Canada and it is probably more work than it is worth! Brought them while on vacation in Florida....

Great shoeI do love the adidas Avacourt tennis shoe. They are very comfortable and provide great support. I haven't tried the Avacourt 2 new style yet so I can't compare the two styles. I was disappointed to see the price reduction shortly after I purchased these.

Cushion and Comfort is what I love.If anything I wish it came a little wider without having to go the half size larger, but indeed I know a wide width would be too much. Most feet swell while playing in the warmer outdoors so my only ask is a slight bit wider.

Very uncomfortableThese shoes felt like I was wearing to concrete blocks. They were heavy, and the support was not good for being able to maneuver around on the pickleball court. My feet hurt for 2 days after wearing them across the top of my foot. There was no arch support. I must give 5 stars to the customer service support! I had immediate response when calling to inquire on a return. The agent I spoke with was empathetic, understanding and wanted me to be happy. She offered to re-send a return label and provide me with a store credit to make a different purchase. I just shipped the shoes back and look forward to a re-order for a different brand. This model was definitely not a good choice for me.

Heavy shoesSent back as walked around house and they were to heavy and stiff. They do look good on the sides with the silver stripes.

I like the widthI have a tailor's bunion so I need to find shoes that are wide. I've only worn these a few times but so far, they seem comfortable and adequately wide. Love the colors too!

ComfortableI have worn adidas shoes for years, and these did feel snug when I first put them on. I wore them around the house for a few hours a couple of times, and they loosened up. After that, they were comfortable on court from the start with no additional break-in required.

Not comfyThese shoes only look good! They run small and they are tight. Very difficult to insert your feet in them! I am not fan of these new style shoes that tongue is not separated from the rest of the shoe

Not for meThis shoe was far too short and has a narrow cramped toebox. Would not recommend this shoe at all if you like to move your toes or if you have bunions. I think it ran short as well.

Looks Great, Feels GreatThis shoe has a spacious toe box for ladies with wide feet. They are comfortable and I get lots of compliments on the way they look. I can't attest to the durability because I just bought them, but I am confident that adidas has produced yet another fine tennis shoe.

Cushy! These are very comfortable and have ample cushion, not flat feeling as some shoes are. I am a 8.5 in other shoes and adidas and have to order an 8.0 in these, so they do run a tad bit big. I have wide feet and they are very comfortable. Cons is they do wear out faster than other shoes. Overall I do like these and came back for another pair!

My Best Fitting Tennis ShoesThe narrow heel and mid-foot with a high-ish arch hug my feet, so I don't have to tie the laces too tight, and the toe box is comfortably wide, allowing me to wiggle all my toes. They make it easy for me to quickly change position, move, and hit balls on hard tennis courts.

Great pickle ball shoe!Love the quirky colors and these shoes are very comfortable. I’ve been wearing them for pickle ball, so not quite the movement of tennis but I think I could wear them for tennis as well. No break-in was required, toe box is roomy but I don’t have a wide foot. I’d buy another pair for sure.

Love these shoes!I hope these never stop being made. I love that they are light on my feet as I like to run and heavier shoes don’t give me that edge. Also they are on the wider side and fit well for my high arch. I get them when they’re on sale and take whatever color is offered.

Cushion ComfortI suffer with recurring bouts of osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, and metatarsalgia. I play too much pickleball, but I love the darn game. These shoes, indoors or out, work the best for me allowing me to play everyday and sometimes twice, as well as the longer days with tournament play. The generous toe box size, the incredible cushioning both heel and metatarsal, plus the stability of the heel cup/low to the ground profile (no ankle rolling), simply just keeps me on the court right out of the box. Adidas, please don't change a thing! It takes me years to find the right shoe with my aching feet. :)

Shoe runs small and narrowI only buy adidas tennis shoes because I have a wide foot and I don’t need to order a wide. This shoe is so small I could barely get my foot in the shoe. My toes hit the top of the shoe and the width was tight. It’s the size I always buy. I compared it to my other three pairs of adidas and side by side it’s smaller.

Comfortable and stableThese sneakers are perfect for my feet. I have a wider foot and don't need to order a size wide in these. The length is also perfect, true to size. The sole is rugged and stable for side to side movement, much more stable than ASICS or New Balance.

2.0 is not much of an improvement. As a coach and player I demand a lot of my court shoes, but I take good care of them. These shoes are falling apart and I’ve only really gotten about 3 weeks of use out of them between the holidays and the weather. The outsole is separating from the midsole, the laces are already tearing, and I’ve somehow managed to wear halfway through the toe drag guard. I can’t imagine drilling in these daily, or playing a tournament in these. If this is the shoe “built for female athletes” then I’m not impressed by what they think female athletes want/need from a shoe. Two of my athletes snagged to 1.0 a while back and they shredded through the shoes to the point they were unwearable in about a month. If you’re a casual player who doesn’t move their feet and doesn’t move for the ball you’ll make these last. Otherwise, you’ll need a new pair every month.

FinallyThis shoe is extremely comfortable from the start. Finally, a little bit of a wider toe box so nothing is pinching my toes. Yet the whole shoe is not wide so it fits my foot perfectly.
