Tecnifibre combines spin-friendly targeting with great feel and impressive stability for the weight

Introducing the second generation of the TF40 305 (16x19)! Like the previous generation, this racquet combines spin-friendly targeting with impressive pocketing and great feel. It also gives you the benefit of a control-oriented 98in² head, giving it a seductive level of accuracy on groundstrokes along with great touch at net. Notable features include a unique 5-sided RS Sharp Beam, which enhances stability and control, along with Dynacore XTC for added touch, dwell time, and pocketing. This racquet is also packed with  Foam, giving it an impressively dampened and solid feel at impact. Ultimately, this is a great option for intermediate and advanced ball strikers looking for an all-court weapon with controllable power. The great feel at impact is a nice bonus.

Love this racquetI have been a on an extensive racquet journey the past 2 years and after trying and having issues with the new TFights I thought I would try the TF40 to just see how it was. I wasn't expecting much but I ended up falling in love with the feel of this racquet and also was surprised at the spin I was able to get from such an amazing control stick. The spots I am able to hit with this have been unmatched by my other racquets as well as I feel that "everything" goes in. For a control racquet I get plenty of pop on my serve and I haven't had any arm soreness at all. I string this with Head Lynx Tour at 48/46. The only thing if anything I would change is the grip shape. I don't mind it but I would prefer something more like a Head or Wilson shaped grip.

A great stick for the right personSo excited to get this racquet as I have been playing on and off with my 30 year old racquets. Its light weight yet provided good plow through. Good dwell time on the strings. This racquet could hit spin AND power. The only problem is me. MY elbow and arm are damaged after 30 years of playing. I played with this racquet for four sessions. Each time I came off pleased but by evening my elbow and wrist were inflamed. Went back to my Graphite II and I didn't have the same issue. Trust me, it's a great frame that gives you the point and shoot characteristics (as I did) but just not right for my 68 year old joints.

Love my first TecnifibreI demoed this racquet on a whim and absolutely fell in love with the spin and feel. The 16x19 string bed gives plenty of spin from a 98 square inch head, and the mass of the racquet creates a lot of heaviness on my ground strokes. Also the density of the string pattern encourages control with launch angle predictability being one of the most impressive features. One thing that I found interesting was the racquet's launch angle... With TW's demo strings, the ball seems to fly high and soft out of the string bed and then just drops STRAIGHT down when it feels like it's done flying through the air. I've never experienced something like that before, and the unique playing characteristic was one of the reasons why I bought myself one of these racquets. It's my back up "Porsche" for now since my daily drivers are 2022 Head Speed Pros. My TF40 is something that I take out for fun when I want to change up my game for a match or two. I'd highly recommend that you demo this racquet and see how it feels for yourself.
