Nike makes subtle improvements to the first version, which makes this shoe even more fitting for some of the best players in the world, including Jannik Sinner. Key design features include forefoot and heel Zoom Air units, a mid-foot stability plate, and high abrasion rubber on the outsole that is denser in strategic locations. Adding to the overall comfort, the upper material is lightweight, and breathable; this version has a tighter mesh weave for increased foot support. The toe-skin on the forefoot and medial side of the toe-box for is more durable for those players who drag, while the integrated lacing system and support strap on the lateral side will keep your feet secure on those lateral cuts. The Claybreaker full herringbone outsole is designed to maximize traction on clay courts, and provides added durability.
