NarrowBought this for my daughter (she wears Nike Vapor-12) and this runs 1 size small. The toe box is extremely narrow and very uncomfortable and it’s a “low rider”. Almost now heel support, according to my kid it feels like she’s about to step out of it.
New Balance 996Likes the padded upper and soft blue color. Unfortunately, this show was way to low riding for me with no heel lift and it. Aggravated my Achilles. Also, no arch support.
First time for New Balance shoesI usually wear a different brand but I liked the idea that these were lightweight. They fit well but I ordered a half size up (I wear 8.5 and this pair are 9s). They are light and easy to run in.
comfy and cuteSaw these on Genie Bouchard and knew I had to get a pair. Love the green - not a fan of white - so I am always looking for a shoe with color. They are a little tight in the toe box but after about ten hours of wear they were fine. Solid shoe, easy to move, I'm happy!

Very different to the prior 996 versionsI have had many of the prior 996 versions and this one is very different. I have wide feet and hence always get the D (wider) option. This new v6 however is very different and very uncomfortable in the toe box. I just tried them on at home and they were hitting my feet just sitting on the couch. So unfortunately, I will have to return them. Going back to Wilson until New Balance fixes this issue.
Not the shoe for meThis shoe did not fit me well. It was very stiff and uncomfortable so I returned it. The New Balance 1007 shoe is much more comfortable for my feet.

Great on the courtThese shoes are great for court time. They are stiff at first, but that is to be expected. After a couple of wears, they are very comfortable. Excellent traction and stability.
