Neha Uberoi is a former pro tennis player and knows all about the pressure and performance that tennis demands, but she also is a mental health professional and is super passionate about working with athletes of all ages and calibers. She has seen success on and off the court and is here today to talk about all sorts of things including being the CEO of South Asians in Sports, mental health, eating disorders, challenges of athletes of all levels, transitioning out of sport, and so much more.
