Strengthening, and adding power to the Perseus MOD-TA paddles is the use of Uni-Body construction which combined with the core also does a great job at controlling vibration. And to further enhance the theme of control and precision, the Carbon Friction Surface layered with JOOLA's Charged Carbon additive provides a crisp feel, is ultra-spin friendly and also withstands the rigors of consistent play. In addition, JOOLA features an NFC chip embedded in the paddle for the purpose of easily authenticating your paddle with tap of your smart phone. As with previous examples of the Perseus, the MOD-TA 15 features the same 16.5 inch overall length, and 5.5 inch long handle, allowing players extra reach, power and the choice of controlling the action using one or two hands. An average weight of around 8 ounces makes the JOOLA Perseus MOD-TA 15 ideal for modifying with aftermarket weight, and is a great all-court paddle for for intermediate to pro level players, who want to build and improve their all-court approach to the sport.
