Overview

If you favored the soft, and control oriented performance of the prior Amped Epic line of paddles, but were left wanting better access to spin, Selkirk's new Amped Control Epic is sure to please! Due to the Epic's ever-popular fusion shape and X5 Polypropylene Core of 16mm, the Amped Control Epic produces a large sweet spot, control oriented power, and some of the best paddle comfort in the industry. The core is encased by an upgraded Fiberglass  Fiberflex+ Face, that issues superior and long lasting spin potential on its own, and compared to prior Amped paddles, is a night and day difference. As with previous iterations, the Amped Control Epic features a handle length of 5.25 inches, a 4.25 inch grip diameter, and is available in five different colorways (red, green, blue, grey, and purple). Performance wise, players can expect the Amped Control Epic to be more obedient than a well trained dog around the mid-court and kitchen, making it ideal for producing high quality defensive, and transitional shots like blocks, re-sets, dinks, and speed-up volleys. From the baseline, Selkirk's Amped Control Epic provides a level of controlled power that encourages players to swing confidently from that part of the court.
