What You'll Love: durable, stable, comfortable

The Asics Gel Resolution 8 is loaded with support, stability and comfort, plus they happen to be some of the most durable shoes on the market. Designed with the help of WTA & ATP pros, like Gael Monfils, these shoes are great for any level player and they continue to evolve for the modern game and now are more flexible to move with your feet on those aggressive court cuts. Layers of cushioning underfoot help reduce harsh court shock while adding energy into each step.

  • Upper: The Flexion Fit upper utilizes a PU mesh material wrap over the forefoot provides lightweight comfort, support and stability. The Dynawall protector around the toe offers exceptional toe durability and protection.
  • Midsole: Asics' signature GEL cushioning system in both the rear and forefoot combined with Solyte midsole technology offers plush cushioning and explosive responsiveness with each step. A midfoot Trusstic System resists twisting through the midfoot for added support.
  • Outsole: The new outsole with full ground contact and AHAR+ rubber in a modified herringbone tread pattern provides exceptional traction and durability on any court surface. Backed by a six month durability guarantee.

Comments: This shoe is terrible. The plastic rubber from the shoe makes the shoe pop after you bend it with your toe. The entire match, every step I took came with a popping from the shoe.
From: Nate, Portland, 8/30/21

Comments: Really good shoes. The pop sound goes away after an hour of court time. Truly a responsive shoe. It snaps and springs back, making footwork and movement easy and efficient. I have used Asics for 8 years. Every Gel Resolution generation are all great shoes. Stable and responsive. I recommend using after market insoles for these, and all tennis shoes. I just bought a second pair of the Gel Resolution 8's last night. I do think they are better than the previous versions. Very, very responsive shoe.
From: Donald, Santa Cruz 7/9/21

Comments: Hands down the worst shoe from the Gel Resolution line. I have worn a pair of Gel Resolutions since the first generation on, and the 8th generation is an example of phoning it in and depending on the name from a previously great product. The shoe itself has less cushion and runs smaller than its predecessors. It does not seem to ever break in, the laces are cheaply made, and it's not as a stable. I could go on, but I think I am getting my point across. I wish I could send this pair back to TW in exchange for any of the previous versions.
From: Brandon, Seattle 7/9/21

Comments: Before I went on court with my new Gel Resolution 8's, I wore them around the house first. After letting my feet settle into them, I played with them yesterday. They are fantastic. Great cushioning and support. The team at Tennis Warehouse were great in helping me get the pair I wanted. Their tech team really knows their stuff. I highly recommend this pair.
From: John Cuevo, Glen Head, NY 7/7/21

Comments: Most of the negative comments on here are about the tight strap across the top of the shoe. I agree, and I cut it out of the shoe. It became 10 times more comfortable.
From: Jeff, Cary 7/2/21

Comments: I don't usually do these reviews, but I just came off the court after my first experience with my new Asics Gel Resolution 8 shoes, which arrived from TW this week. I put in my Spenco orthotics, and....UNBELIEVABLE! The combination of support, stability and comfort in this shoe is simply other-worldly. I've been playing for 50 years, and I have never experienced anything like this in a shoe. As long as Asics continues to offer this shoe, or new versions like it, I'm hooked...a Gel Resolution lifer!
From: Stu -- Guilford, CT USA 5/22/21

Comments: These Asics Gel Resolution 8 shoes are just as comfortable and fit as earlier generations. I really enjoyed every moment on the tennis court wearing these shoes!
From: Polo N. -- Hong Kong 5/20/21

Comments: I loved the Resolution 7. These are a downgrade in the product line for the Resolution. The plastic upper pops and pinches my feet. I wish I could return them.
From: Sherry, Pennsylvania 5/17/21

Comments: I have loyally worn Asics Gel Resolution shoes. The model 5, 6, 7 have been great. The new Gel Resolution 8 shoes are not comfortable at all. At the top of the shoes there are a couple hard parts that keep rubbing my achilles. I thought my skin would get use to it, but now every time I wear them it starts to blister and bleed. I also do not like the tight boot-like fitting. I would not recommend these at all. I am trying to return them to Tennis Warehouse right now. Hopefully they will take them back.
From: Josh, 4/26/21

Comments: I have worn Gel Resolution shoes since the 5s or 6s. They always fit great. These felt terrible, just do not fit right. Also, I am unsure about the side reinforcement. I have a knee issue, that is irritated with lateral force, after playing that I have never had before. I'm done with these.
From: Anonymous, 4/21/21

Comments: I have worn the Gel Resolution 6 and 7 shoes. Previous to that, I wore the Barricades. I agree with much of the comments about the tight fit at the top of the feet. The toe straps make the shoes tighter than it needs. It seems that Asics wants the shoes to have a booty fit like the FF. If I wanted that kind of fit, I would have bought the FF. I think Asics needs to recognize what Gel Resolution wearers want in their Gel Resolution, not what FF wearers want in the Gel Resolution. I hope the Gel Resolution doesn't go the way of Barricades which got further away with their wearers expected with each later iteration.
From: Steve, 4/13/21

Comments: These are one of the best shoes I have worn in a very long time. The padding is extremely comfortable, support and stability is very good, and the durability is fantastic. I am so glad I have shoes that work for me and last this long, I will be buying more. The plus side is they go with a lot of outfits!
From: Anonymous, 2/25/21

Comments: Tried to like them, but here's my issue and it's with this innovation they're calling the toe straps. These are basically a fixed lace just at the top of the shoes that the laces also loop through. Take a closer look or watch a video about these shoes from Asics and you'll see how they work.Limits the fit very quickly. If you want to use the thicker laces then the top straps are instantly tighter.I think it's a somewhat pointless innovation. Doesn't need it. Probably hurts the fit for most than not and I think most just wouldn't notice it if it isn't a problem anyway. This feature would be better if it had more elasticity or was a little looser.
From: Justin, 2/24/21

Comments: I have worn the Gel Resolution shoes ever since they were first introduced. The Gel Resolution 7 was the best. For some reason the Gel Resolution 8 does not feel right. I've returned them, and I'm in search of another pair of shoes, sadly.
From: Daryl, 2/23/21

Comments: Very disappointing. In the span of one iteration, Asics has turned the best tennis shoes I've ever used, the Gel Resolution 7's into the absolute worst. Cheap feeling rubbery shoes that make a clopping sound, not to mention discomfort, especially at the top of my foot, possibly due to the thin lacing. Stability is good, but no other redeeming qualities I can think of. Oh well.
From: George, 2/7/21

Comments: I've worn Gel Resolution shoes for years and my only complaint is the fabric inside the heel. It wears through quickly. This is the only place that the liner shows wear.
From: Pete, 2/7/21

Comments: Agree with most of the comments here. Perhaps the worst Asics shoes I have ever worn. Literally causes pain in my arches if the rally is more than a few shots long. Feels heavy, clunky, and slow. I have worn Asics models 5,6,7 and loved them all. Wish I could send them back, but I have played enough in them thinking I would break into them. What a total waste of money!
From: Subodh, 1/14/21

Comments: This is the first pair of Asics tennis shoes I have owned. I was using the adidas Barricade and Barricade Boost, but the shoes became heavier with every new iteration. As such, I decided to shop for tennis shoes that provided the stability and comfort of the Barricade Boost but were lighter and more maneuverable. I decided on the Gel Resolution 8 based on the review of the TW personnel.Initially, I loved the shoes, however I noticed that the fit was not perfect. I am a size 10 and the Asics seemed a bit too big and a bit too wide for my feet. Size 9.5 was too small, so I kept the size 10 and tried orthotic inserts and wearing two pairs of socks but nothing worked. My feet never felt secure or locked-in and I started developing heel pain on the outside of my right foot.Today I used my old adidas Barricade Boost and played for 90 minutes on a hard court with no heel pain. I am certainly not advocating one brand over another, rather simply sharing my experience. I wish the Asics shoes fit me better because I think they are great shoes. Reading comments from other tennis players about the issues they are having with version 8 comforts me and makes me realize that my experience is not unique. I sincerely hope version 9 takes all the good points of version 7 and improves upon them. If so I will purchase a pair because of the other attributes of the shoes. I thought version 8 was light, so if previous users say they are heavy and clunky I cannot wait to experience what light truly is.
From: Gabriel, 1/2/21

Comments: I've used Asics Gel Resolutions since number three and have enjoyed and went with the changes and improvements made up to and including Resolution 7. I have to agreed with some of the reviewers of the Resolution 8. Somehow Asics has managed to transform the best shoes on the market, the Resolution 7, into the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn, the Resolution 8. In spite of it's touted improvements, the wider toe box and side to side re-enforcement stability, they are clunky shoes, painful to wear, and will slow even the fastest player. I tried playing with them several times, thinking it was a matter of just breaking them in, but when it comes to speed and maneuverability, they are unreliable, slow, and painful. The underfoot support is just not there and the top, when locked in, contributes to the pain. Hoping the Resolution 9's will be a step backwards to the Resolution 7. I'm a 4.0 plus level player, playing mainly on hardcourt, relying on foot speed.
From: Robert, 12/4/20

Comments: This is my second review of the Asics Gel Resolution 8. Following a three month hiatus due to a shoulder issue I started playing again three months ago. I purchased this model in February, I wish I had not bought this model. I have had a problem with the shoes' flex point being very uncomfortable, it causes blisters. The opinion of a podiatrist I see is that for many people the flexible sole will cause problems, I'm one of them. I have stopped wearing these shoes. I am very disappointed in Asics and TW for recommending them.
From: Bob, 11/8/20

Comments: Tennis shoes that feel like ski boots. I typically love the lighter Asics models, but these feel heavy and are uncomfortable.
From: Jaime, 11/2/20

Comments: Personally love these shoes, best since the 2015 Barricades in my opinion. Gel Resolution 8 shoes are stable, comfortable, and surprisingly durable. I'm going to stick to these shoes for as long as they are being produced, good job Asics.
From: JZ, 10/30/20

Comments: Hi everyone I have been a loyal Asics shoe guy since 1996. I have worn all the Resolutions, before that the Challengers, and the Thomas Enquist shoes in the 90s. This unfortunately is the worst one they made. I was fortunate in my younger years to play the circuit and also now as a coach on the court for long hours loved the cushioning and support they have always given me. The new Gel Resolution 8s actually caused strain in the outside of my foot and ankle bone. In all the shoes over the years I never once had this. So I had one new pair of the Gel Resolution 7s left and wore them yesterday, and the pain and discomfort was gone. So disappointed from a long time follower of a great product and company. I am lost to where to go next being my foot and back are very picky on shoes. Just thought I would share my experience.
From: Aaron, 10/21/20

Comments: I could not walk a few steps comfortably in these shoes due to the excess material that bunched up on the top of my toes and along the sides of my forefoot. The design is similar to the Gel Resolution 4's or 5's. Those had a mesh material over the top of the toe area that was softer, even compared to the Resolution 7's, that did not cause discomfort. When the Resolution 7's had the angled cut-outs of the same material as the rest of the shoe along the top of toes, I didn't feel was a big improvement, maybe more stability would be a plus side. But the material being stiffer and the excess of it just collapsed onto my toes on the Resolution 8's. They felt longer too, so maybe half size smaller would help. But the toe box has so much more space in the Resolution 8's in the size 12's that all of I've worn the Gel Resolution line for about a decade exclusively. Maybe because I don't slide like Monfils, so maybe these are not the shoes for me. I'm a 4.5 level player, 40 plus years, play three to four times a week, singles 98% of time.
From: Guy, 10/15/20

Comments: Terrible option for any hard court sliders, the side of the shoe has zero durability and needs to be shoe gooed constantly. The Nike Zoom Vapor Cage 4 or Asics Court FF 2 are much better options as the sides have added durability. Other than that issue the shoes are comfortable and breathable, only other knock is the laces are a bit thin and have some heel slippage issues.
From: Anonymous, 10/4/20

Comments: I think that most will agree the Gel Resolution 8 shoes are bad compared to the 7's, 5's, and even the 6's were better. First time I tried Asics out of the box and it disappointed me and it didn't get any better. Every step is a crease across the forefoot. It's got that embarrassing popping sound like I got shoes that were way too big. Same size as the last eight years. I agree with the others, where is the cushioning?
From: Dave, 9/16/20

Comments: Always used Asics tennis shoes. Gel Resolution 8's are the first pair ever that I wanted to send back. Tight, hot, stiff, and the cushion is non-existent. First time my feet ached in Asics after a match. Played again today different type of court, same results. Terrible design.
From: Jeff, 9/5/20

Comments: First time writing a review on any product in my life. My 14 year old son made a hole on the side of these shoes after one day of wearing them at the practice that lasted for three hours. He is very aggressive mover and slides a lot. Highly not recommended for the players that slide.
From: Z, 8/25/20

Comments: Well done Asics you ruined the best shoe out there in the Gel Resolution 7, this new version is horrible in my opinion. The strap on top hurts your foot and is so uncomfortable. The new material seems flimsy, I was worried even playing in them. I would not recommend this sneaker. Go with the Vapor Cage 4 in my opinion.
From: Drew, 8/19/20

Comments: I want give kudos to TW customer service for replacing my Gel Resolution 7s with the 8s after a substantial chunk of outsole fell off while I was playing. Despite the defect, I prefer the old model for a number of reasons. In particular, I don't care for the plastic material on the outside of the shoe. While there was plenty of plastic on the old model, the plastic on this one bends, creases, and makes a lot of noise as I walk around. Secondly, the old shoes were way better looking. Thirdly, I feel like the outsole on the other model was slightly grippier. Do I recommend this shoe? I guess. I think Asics makes good products in general, and these aren't bad. Maybe I won't buy this particular model again, but I'll probably try the next version when they come out.
From: Michael, 7/22/20

Comments: I received this shoe in early February. I was able to play for about five more weeks before the Coronavirus issues put a halt to further playing. I did use an insert as the arch is too low for me. I was able to play maybe six to eight times in June. I'm finding out, as as few others have commented, the flex point does not feel comfortable; if anything it's way too flexible. I preferred the Gel Resolution 7 by a wide margin. Know what you need before you choose.
From: Bob, 7/11/20

Comments: I totally agree with the many people that say Asics ruined a good thing here. Such a downgrade from previous models in my opinion. I am a tennis coach on my feet all day and these are the first tennis shoes to ever give me blisters. So disappointing.
From: Robert, 6/15/20

Comments: Was concerned at first, as the toe area is a bit narrow as mentioned in previous reviews. After about four to five hours of break-in, no issue. I agree that the plastic material on top is a bit uncomfortable on certain movements, but that also seems to be decreasing with break-in. I normally wear a size 8.5 in other Asics, have never owned Gel Resolution model, but for these a size 8, while snug, is a better fit than an 8.5. All in all I am very happy with these, super comfortable and grippy. Love the blue and red colorway.
From: Steve, 6/5/20

Comments: Totally agree with Chris. Shoes are narrow on the front and need some extra break-in time compare to previous Resolutions models.
From: David, 5/28/20

Comments: Tennis Warehouse has made me a loyal customer. I had to do several returns and repurchases. They made the returns easy, they gave me back my money quickly and I eventually got the products I wanted. I will be back over and over again. Great company!
From: Dave, 5/28/20

Comments: Loved my Gel Resolution 7 shoes, I hate the Gel Resolution 8 shoes. They narrowed the foot, and the plastic material across the top of the shoe is stiff and painful. Thought they needed some break-in time, no improvement and made it unable for me to return.
From: Chris, 5/20/20

Comments: I wanted to gather these and see if all the reviews were spot on. I have had them for few days now and my first impressions are they are very stable and grippy. They are comfortable and hold my feet very well, no problems. I had the Novak shoes and these are better. They arrived quickly, I buy all my shoes from TW and have never had a issue with customer service. A six month guarantee wow. I'm happy.
From: Fermin, 5/17/20

Comments: I love the variety of colorful shoes that Asics offers. Asics and adidas both make excellent shoes for tennis. They are more comfortable and last longer than other brands. Tennis Warehouse was easy to purchase from. These shoes were shipped and received in a timely manner with a return shipping label if needed. The size fit, so no return was needed. I love the shoes.
From: John, 5/9/20

Comments: Very comfortable and supportive shoes. Highly recommend these.
From: Young, 4/1/20

Comments: Just what I had hoped. I have worn Asics for about the past six years and each new model has been an improvement. I loved the Resolution 7 model, but the Gel Resolution 8 is an improvement, particularly on the lateral support. I highly recommend these shoes if support and comfort are important to you, they are my two top needs in tennis shoes. I wore them a few hours in the house to break them in and I was good to go. Summing it up, they are great tennis shoes.
From: Robert, 3/28/20

Comments: I loved the Asics Gel Resolution 7. The Gel Resolution 8, I am sorry to say is, a flimsy shoe to the point that I thought they had mixed up my order and sent me a cheaper shoe. I am very disappointed given the cost. I am 4.5 level player, so need good support. Unbelievable.
From: Curt, 3/26/20

Comments: I am a junior player who plays six to seven times a week for two hours. I have flat and narrow feet, and have struggled to find good shoes. Asics are the best shoes I have tried. After returning my Gel Resolution 7 for warranty. I got these in the mail. As soon as I tried them on I was amazed at the all-around comfort. They needed no break-in, which is always nice. They are so stable and are easy to slide aggressively.
From: Aiden, 3/19/20

Comments: Still a great shoe. Had to go half a size down. Holds my foot in well with new lacing system. Knew it was heavier than the old model, but don't really notice it. Still the most comfortable tennis shoe out of the box that I have owned.
From: Chris, 3/12/20

Comments: 360 degree comfortable tennis shoes. No break-in required, flexible when needed. Adidas and Nike fusion as a result.
From: Jose, 3/10/20

Comments: These are the best shoes. They are very comfortable, stable, and great looking for me. I owed several Asics tennis and running shoes. New design, and colorblock are awesome. Definitely I will buy these again when warranty is out. I am 4.5 level player from Houston, TX.
From: Anonymous, 3/9/20

Comments: Bought a pair of these because of the Gel sole, I am really happy with these. Such a comfortable fit right out of the box, forefoot cushioning is the best I ever experienced in a tennis shoe. Now I am reaching every ball like Gael Monfils. Happy hitting to all the tennis lovers.
From: Stephen, 2/28/20

Comments: Asics are the best and this shoe definitely confirms this. Such a comfortable shoe with the right amount of cushion for quick movement on the court. I feel like Gael Monfils.
From: Brian, 2/26/20

Comments: I'm a 4.0-4.5 player and a die hard Asics shoe buyer. Loved their shoes and recommended them to anyone I know, but this new Gel Resolution 8 is awful. I cannot stand the new stability feature. It has ruined the shoe for me. It locks your foot in place and the shoe itself doesn't seem to want to move at the same speed. I haven't been hurt playing tennis in eight years and this shoe somehow wouldn't move when I tried to turn and it locked in place leaving me falling flat backwards. I ended up having to cut out the blue, stabilizing inserts by the laces and stringing them through those holes to get them to feel half way decent. Very disappointing that Asics decided to change up what was the best shoe on the market.
From: Brad, 2/20/20

Comments: Much improved shoes over the Asics Gel Resolution 7 and 6. They feel very stable on court.
From: Oliver, 2/12/20

Comments: Very comfortable overall. I was particularly impressed with the forefoot cushioning. Decent room in the toe box, and the midfoot was snug but okay for me the first couple of matches. There is a a seam inside the shoes that caused a blister on the outer part of the midfoot. Not a place I've ever had issues before. Because of this, I may try the wide version next.
From: Redwood Empire, 2/10/20

Comments: Best shoes on the market. Most comfortable and most durable shoes.
From: Louis, 2/9/20

Comments: Have worn every iteration of the Gel Resolutions. First to the Fifth iterations were excellent. The Sixth was iffy, the Seventh was uncomfortable. I bought the Nike Cage 4 which was a terrible fit for me, gave them to a hitting buddy he loves them. I ordered the Fila Axilus 2, which fits a little wide. I purchased the Gel Resolution 8s and have played in them for three weeks, they remind me of the early versions, which is fine. For me this is a fine sneaker that rides a little different, don't know about ventilation yet. Gel Resolutions are again my sneakers of choice.
From: Destroyer, 2/7/20

Comments: Not wide enough, I can get in the Solution Speed FF shoe and have worn the previous wide Gel Resolutions, could not get my foot in these, had to return.
From: Craig, 2/4/20

Comments: Outstanding shoes, they feel great. They start and stop very quickly. I did one thing, I changed the shoe laces. I installed thicker ones. As I get older the skin on my fingers gets softer and the original shoe laces are to thin. They cut into my skin when tighten the laces.
From: Michael, 2/3/20

Comments: These are great. Just started using them, but wonderful grip and fit right from the start.
From: Sheldon, 2/2/20

Comments: I love these shoes, they felt right the moment I put them on and is usually pretty hard for me to find shoes that fit. I didn't even need to put extra insoles on them.
From: Adan, 1/25/20

Comments: I'm a 4.5 level female player. I play six days a week and maintain and rotate four pairs of shoes. I replace two pairs every three months. I'm very careful with my feet. I move pretty aggressively on the court and have worn Asics Gel Resolution shoes since at least generation 4. They are the most comfortable and stable shoes I've ever worn. This latest update from 7th generation to 8th has been a total disaster for me. They moved the flexion point of the shoe forward toward the ball of the foot and moved the mouth of the shoe up higher on the ankle. I played in them three times and now have plantar fasciitis. I assume they made these changes in the name of stability, but the result is a restriction in range of motion for the foot and ankle. Terrible redesign.
From: Amy, 1/23/19

Comments: The best Asics shoe by far! I used to wear the Gel Resolution 5 back in the day and this Ge Resolution 8 is like no other! I compare it to the 5 just because it offers superb comfort and support as well. Overall it's an awesome shoe!
From: Justin, 1/20/20

Comments: Asics makes a great shoe. I've ran in them for many, many years. In my opinion, the earlier court shoe versions came up short on outer side wall stability when rapidly shifting directions. You could see the side of your foot bulge over the sole with static lateral pressure. I rolled my ankle several times playing in earlier Gel Res generations. Cushion and comfort were always great, which we all believe has been an Asics hallmark. The newest version seems to have improved lateral wall strength. Although I literally just received my first pair, the preliminary experience has been very promising, and it will be telling to see how they hold up.
From: Thomas, 1/17/20

Comments: Super comfortable. Perfect weight. I even wear these casually to go out that's how comfortable they are. Even better on court and very good quality. These are their best shoes in my opinion.
From: Miles, 1/17/19

Comments: Love the new Resolution 8 shoes. The new lacing system holds my feet in place better. Too bad beefing up the heel area makes the shoe heavier.
From: Chris, 1/10/20

Comments: This is an outstanding shoe with a great combination of comfort and performance. I have been wearing Gel Resolutions for years, and like virtually every tennis player that I know, feel that the Resolution 7's with their narrow toe box and need for break-in were inferior to the Gel Resolution 6 shoes. The Gel Resolution 8 shoes have gone back to a comfortable toe box, and I played three sets with a new pair right out of the box. The 8's feel even better than the 6's, giving the sense of being more locked in, stable, and lower to the ground. Highly recommended!
From: Craig, 1/7/20

Comments: Another excellent installment of the Gel Resolution. The Resolution 7 shoes ran a touch small for me. This has been completely resolved in the Resolution 8. In fact, I initially ordered a size 12 to compensate but I had to send them back and order the 11.5. This iteration's 11.5 is even roomier than the installments prior to the Resolution 7. Terrific fit and of course, great cushioning. My sole complaint is that they seem to breath less than prior models. Overall, if you like this shoe, you will love the 8's.
From: Scott, 1/5/20

Comments: First time I've tried a shoe from Asics and I'm very pleased. I've been wearing adidas Barricades since the first ones were introduced and now that they are no longer making them, I needed to find a replacement. These Gel Resolution 8's are it for me. I found the fit right out of the box to be very good. I've worn them now about a half dozen times; I find them to be very comfortable with good cushioning and stability. I'll be ordering another pair.
From: Neil, 1/5/20

Comments: Another great shoe from Asics, more flexible than the Resolution 7 and a lighter feel. I suggest a half size smaller when ordering.
From: Brian, 1/2/20

Comments: I have always been a Resolution fan from the beginning. From the original blue and white ones up to the 5's, the 6's were okay, and the 7's too narrow in the toe box for me. Then I became a fan of the Solution Speed series. The first generation was great, the second was phenomenal and the third was okay, the shoes were narrow. Hearing that the FF's were to replace the Speed, I was quick to buy since I heard that there wasn't a Solution Speed 4 coming out and again, somewhat disappointed. The FF's were just okay for me. After seeing the video for the Resolution 8 on TW, I was took the plunge. Spot on. The lacing system is awesome and more room in the front of the shoe. Slight break-in period, but a plush ride on the court. Very stable and comfortable shoe. A really good improvement from the 7's. Way to go Asics.
From: Jeff, 12/31/19

Comments: Been wearing the Gel Resolution line for over 20 years. I am a 70 year old, 3.5 male who still plays USTA league tennis. The Resolution 8 is the best to date combining weight, stability, cushioning along with sports car fit. Love the new color combinations. Going to order the black ones next.
