Demo Program

We have limited the number of demos per order to 3 in order to meet customer demand. However, there is no limit to how many times you can use our demo program. If you don’t get all the racquets you’d like the first time, submit a new order once the previous order is returned!

The only cost you'll pay is for UPS shipping to and from Tennis Warehouse. Shipping is a flat rate of $25.00 (plus tax, based on your location). Please note, demo racquets can only be shipped within the contiguous United States.

Note: You may demo a maximum of three (3) racquets at one time. All additional product included with a demo order over 1lb will be placed on a separate order, and additional shipping charges may apply. Gift cards may not be used towards demo orders. Only a valid credit card can be used to pay for the shipping fee.

Demos arrive within two days of shipping and may be kept for up to one week. For example, if you receive them on Monday, return them the following Monday; if received on Tuesday, return the following Tuesday.

Note: Because demos may need servicing (stringing, gripping, etc.) prior to being shipped out, demo orders are not guaranteed to ship in the same time frame as new product purchases. Demo racquets may show in stock on your order but they may not be ready to ship immediately. Delays are only occasional and are typically no longer than one to two days.

We provide you with a pre-paid UPS return label in the box. To send the demos back simply place the return label over the demo box's existing label and then take it to any staffed UPS station, or give it to any UPS driver. Find the nearest staffed UPS station. You won't be charged any additional fees when you return the demos through UPS with the pre-paid return label.

Note: Be sure to ONLY use the provided demo UPS return shipping label for returning demos as this will guarantee insurance, tracking and proper return for demos. Customers are responsible for providing a tracking number if returned by another shipping method.

We want as many people as possible to have a chance to demo these racquets, therefore it's important that they're returned to us on time. If you ship them late, there is a late fee of $10 per day and you are charged every other day until tracking on the package indicates it's been shipped . If you're more than 7 days late and we are unable to reach you, we will charge your credit card for the full price of the racquets, minus whats already been accrued in late fees.
