3.7
Designed for players who want to maximize speed and court coverage. Carbon plated from mid-foot to toe for maximum energy return!
Players looking to push the speed limits, the Yonex Ad Accel Wide AC shoe provides an explosive feel, and the support needed to keep you locked-in. A key design feature is the carbon plate located in the mid-foot, and it extends to the tip of the toes to help provide energy as you push-off to track down every shot. The upper features Durable Skin Light that feels comfortable and supportive on top of the foot, while the Yonex signature Power Cushion+ located in the midsole provides rebound, while keeping you feeling connected to the court. The sole has a curvature in the front for smooth transitioning as you sprint forward, and the Endurance Rubber supplies durability and traction on a variety of court surfaces.
- Upper: Durable Skin Light has higher wear resistance while maintaining comfort and support.
- Midsole: Power Cushion+ for shock absorption, and repulsion. Power Graphite Drive Sheet inserted in the middle portion of the midsole and extends to the tip of the toes; maximizes lateral stability and to helps propel you forward while sprinting.
- Outsole: Roundsole ensures smooth movements, and the transfer of maximum energy. Endurance Rubber compound in a modified herringbone pattern, dense rubber in high wear areas, and perpendicular tread on lateral edge to help with sliding.
- Color: White / Blue

Wears out extremely fast!I will not buy another pair. I got these in October, but didn't start wearing them until January. So in under a month my right foot has worn down in the ball of the foot such that the other materials are being exposed. I should not buy shoes without an outsole warranty ever again. The shoe itself wasn't bad. They fit wide in the width even though they don't look wide. But the toe is long and pointy for no particular reason. The laces are not the good kind. Aside from the outsole wearing through so fast they we decent shoes.
Great shoeThe right shoe hurt my foot a little where it rubs on my top left foot. I cover it with bandaid when playing and it’s fine. Hopefully it just has to break in because I love the shoe.

Best hardcourts everThese are truly superb tennis shoes and in every respect are exactly what I have been looking for. It seems to me very rare to find a fast/agile, high performance, carbon-plated, all-court tennis shoe that is relatively WIDE. FIT: they are a bit narrower than I would like in the forefoot (my only criticism); however, the material that wraps around the forefoot appears to mold to your feet well, giving you a kind of custom fit. They thereby also "hug" your feet. Excellent heel lock. PERFORMANCE: They are extremely light. You barely know they are there yet they provide enough lateral support when things get aggressive. On court, they have absolutely amazing ground feel. The forefoot seems much less cushioned than the Eclipsion 5. I prefer this and find the E5's a bit too squishy. They have quite a bit of bouncy cushion in the heel, but I'm rarely on them when playing. I'm sure on a slicker court these will slide easily and reliably; I was nearly doing so on a gritty court. Perfect amount of stiffness -- torsionally and longitudinally -- in the sole. I like that the sole does not flare out at the heel as on the E5's or the Roger Pros; I find that much too confining for my footwork. OVERALL: Super nimble and light; yet supportive when they need to be. I will be buying a bunch of them.
