Designed for players who want to maximize speed and court coverage. Carbon plated from mid-foot to toe for maximum energy return!

Players looking to push the speed limits, the Yonex Ad-Accel AC shoe provides an explosive feel, and the support needed to keep you locked-in. A key design feature is the carbon plate located in the mid-foot, and it extends to the tip of the toes to help provide energy as you push-off to track down every shot. The upper features Durable Skin Light that feels comfortable and supportive on top of the foot, while the Yonex signature Power Cushion+ located in the midsole provides rebound, while keeping you feeling connected to the court. The sole has a curvature in the front for smooth transitioning as you sprint forward, and the Endurance Rubber supplies durability and traction on a variety of court surfaces.

  • Upper: Durable Skin Light has higher wear resistance while maintaining comfort and support.
  • Midsole: Power Cushion+ for shock absorption, and repulsion. Power Graphite Drive Sheet inserted in the middle portion of the midsole and extends to the tip of the toes; maximizes lateral stability and to helps propel you forward while sprinting.
  • Outsole: Roundsole ensures smooth movements, and the transfer of maximum energy. Endurance Rubber compound in a modified herringbone pattern, dense rubber in high wear areas, and perpendicular tread on lateral edge to help with sliding.
  • Color: White / Orange

Great shoeVery stable and fast shoe. Comfortable. Snug but not tight. Very durable sole and uppers.

Great ShoesI love this shoes: very light, comfortable (I have a foot more in the narrow side) and stylish. I have already like 15 hours on court and I don't see any problems related with the durability. They are in fact very grippy, so maybe not the best for big sliders. But for people looking for lightweight shoes with good support. I prefer this over the Asics Solution Speed FF3 and totally recommend it.

Great shoe for a narrow footThis is a great shoe if you have a narrow foot. They are low to the ground and and speedy on the court.

Fast, but they last 20 hours! When I first recived the shoes I found that they were comfortable from the outset and truly fast on court. Sole were a little sticky, even a little too much on occasion, but the deal breaker was the durability. After 18 hors on court the sole on the right shoe on the inside of the shoes started to peel off, 8 hours later and the left had the same issue. I wrote to Yonex 3 times as I was surprised to see shoes getting damaged so rapidly and I though it was a quality issue, but Yonex never replied. I even sent images of my old Adidas Barricades and a pair of Babolat Mach 3 which were both used used for over a year and the bottom of the soles are yes worn, but at least the soles are still attached. Back to Adidas I'm afraid.

Amazing performance but not durableI love this shoe so incredibly much just like the other reviewer and it also would be my shoe of choice however the shoes just wore out so quickly! The rest of the shoe looked so clean and untouched but around the toe area there was just a huge hole. I would just recommend toned to make it more durable and it would be a perfect shoe!

Great Wear Out Too FastOne of the most comfortable and fastest tennis shoes I’ve ever worn. Loved them and would be my shoe of choice BUT I wore through the sole in 4 weeks. I play, on average, 3x per week. Mostly doubles. I expect to get a lot more than just 12 matches out of a pair of shoes. By contrast, Mizunos and most Asics last me at least 3 months.

Solid game day entryOnly had the shoes for a short time, but very happy overall. Feel great, true to size with very little break-in needed. Weight is very good, as is traction. You feel close to the court/ground, if that makes sense. Too early to tell on durability, but feels great during match play.

AD this on your short list!I’ve been able to wear these for a couple of hitting sessions and the advertising fits the bill to a T! Arguably their best fitting shoe to date with its form fitting urethane upper, it molds to your feet as you wear them. The run, true medium in terms of width so if you run a little on the wider side, I’d definitely recommend the wide version of this shoe. It requires very little break-in time and felt good right out of the box. It’s a lower profile shoe with a deep enough heel drop that you feel secure once you’re in them. On court you definitely feel like you can move about quickly and confidently without them ever feeling heavy. The game changer for me is the carbon midfoot shank. It offers exceptional stability as well as great energy return coming off a step. When changing directions you can feel a more direct transfer of weight and energy as you land, making this an all court player’s dream. Think of a more support oriented Vapor 9.5 or Roger Pro. Traction is excellent though not my first choice for someone who likes to slide on a hard court. In summary, Yonex really did a fantastic job with this new offering. It’s right up there with their Eclipsion 5 with a more form-fitting, lower profiled approach. The carbon midfoot shank really sets it apart and definitely deserves to be put on your short list for shoes to try. Well done once again Yonex!

Another great shoe from Yonex!I am an avid Yonex shoe lover, I have actually bought a Yonex shoe from every category. Even some discontinued ones. I have to admit this is probably my favorite out of all of them! I am a very speedy player because I play pretty aggressive, this shoe gives me so much more speed while still having that amazing Yonex power cushion. Also the color looks a lot better in person which I was thrilled about! I will definitely be buying more of these shoes in the future!
