Not just for beginnersDue to the grapefruit size of these balls little kids can get a smack on these and have fun on court with mini tennis or even the driveway. I'm a 4.0 player and I use these with my hitting partners to try out new ideas in "slow motion" and to play some fun games with six on a court. Those would be dangerous with a real ball but with these foam balls it is a great way to blow off some steam and just have fun.
