Good Protection Product.If you have a racquet you really like, replacing the grommet set is the way to go. The head bumper is so important to keep it in good shape. As soon as your racquet starts wearing off the graphite from a worn-out bumper, the racquet’s integrity is compromised. Cracked side grommets don’t protect strings and can cause annoying buzzing sounds. New racquets are very expensive. Grommet sets are not. It takes a little time and effort to put them on, but it is well worth it. Buying a few sets to put away eliminates unnecessary tennis wait time.
