Overview
V-Torque Tour is a comfortably firm co-poly string that rewards full strokes with very easy targeting. With its twisted, six-sided profile, this string grips the ball very effectively, allowing you to load it with spin. Given its extremely controlled and predictable response, this string will enable you to swing faster when extra pace is needed. As the thickest version of V-Torque Tour, this string offers slightly more durability and control than the other gauges. Did we mention the spin potential?

Volkl V Torque TourQuick and great service from TW and great string

Cyclone with feel!I've been hitting the regular version of Cyclone for a while now, loving the spin, but it can feel a touch harsh. This V-Torque Tour offers a ton of spin and control with a slightly more comfortable and plush feeling. Seems like VTT has a bit more power than Cyclone, but it doesn't feel wild, and still plenty of control. I was ripping approach shots and they were staying in. Surprising amount of power from the baseline with tons of spin and control. This is my new go-to string. White color is classy. Strung in Vcore 98 (2023) at 54lbs, ten hours so far and still feels good. Sort of a pain in the neck to string, but worth it.

Comments: My new string of choice. Been playing with Cyclone 16 for a few years, mixed in with occasional RPM Blast when in a pinch (and a touch of Luxilon Rough for comparison's sake, but hate that string). No others offer the spin and feel for me as this does. I'm getting amazing touch, with depth, and ample, juicy spin. Really the best string I've ever tried. Waiting for the durability to be an issue, but so far (2 weeks in playing every couple days), it's been great.

Comments: I wish I could tell you how awesome this string is on the court, but I've never been able to get it off my Stringer. The two times I've tried to string this broke while tying the knot. This happened with the 16 gauge and 17 gauge. This is never happened with any other string. Going back to regular old Cyclone!

Comments: V-Torque is a great poly string. I usually play with cyclone tour. This string is slightly stiffer but still comfortable. It provided good connection with the ball. The strings move slightly more than cyclone tour. I would score this a 8 out of 10.
