Best Crosses String for the BUCK.This string has been my favorite to string, play with and also inexpensive. Even though Tourna has stop making this in a reel, I love to purchase this string in bulk because I use it to string almost everything for the crosses as it works so well. Plays super close to a NXT feel for half the price. I also love how it is in blk.

Comments: I really don't understand the 2 negative reviews for this string. I strung my Yonex VCore 95 at 60 lbs with a full bed of these strings four months ago and they are still on my racquet right now. I play 2 times a week for at least 2 hours. I have a semi-western forehand, a one handed full eastern backhand, do a mix of topspin and flats here and there, and serve a kick serve or flat serve here and there. On a good day, I definitely can hold my own against 4.0 players, which is the reason why I was confused with the negative reviews on the strings. It almost made me feel like the strings were either going to snap in the middle of a match, or that I was going to hit everything at the net. Well, neither of these scenarios happened. The strings are surprisingly still there after four months, although it looks like they will snap very soon because they are fraying pretty badly now, but that's after four months. That definitely beats the string life I've had with other synthetic guts. Also, this string has a lot of control and spin for a synthetic, so if you are thinking that you will get the same feel as you get with other synthetic gut, of course you will get a big surprise and see all your shots go at the net. I've played with a full bed of poly years ago, and I am super happy to have found a synthetic string that gives me the control of polys, feel of synthetics and a super amazing tension loss maintenance, with no arm pain. After trying tons and tons of string, tons and tons of hybrid set ups, I can say that this is definitely the best string that works for my game and racquet. I bought a reel of this string and am thrilled about the price I can get them for.

Comments: Great as a cross to Hyper-G 18 gauge on the mains, they are just as good as NRG2 16, AK Control 17, and Quasi Gut Armor 16. Can't beat the price. I string this at 53 pounds on my Blade v6 18x20.

Comments: I had a negative experience with this string. I used this string on one of my favorite tennis racquets. I could barely get the ball over the net with this string. The strings were moving all over the place. I lost a doubles match real badly(double bagel) with this string. On top of that, the string broke on me with only 4 hours of court time. To be honest, I'm happy the string broke so soon. I agree with the other reviewer from 7/30/17, this is the worst string I too have used in a long time. This was my honest experience so I can't speak for others.

Comments: Worst string I've used in a long time. Strung it up on a 2010 Aero Storm and couldn't hit more than 2 balls in a row over the net, and I'm a decent 4.0 player. Maybe it will work better as a cross string although I won't be using it again.
