Great cross string that flies under the radarWarrior Response is a unique string that actually blends a poly string with a different core. It truly is a hybrid string setup built into one string. Strange that it handles very stiff when stringing it, but it plays softer and is not mushy. It still takes the bite off stiffer mains nicely, adding pocketing and control without interfering with spin and control. It adds feel where it might otherwise be lacking. If you play a stiff or shaped poly now, try crossing it with Prince Warrior Response.

Prince warrior responseThis string is too thick to add substantial spin but if you want to hit flat shots with enough spin to shape the ball then this string is perfect. I put this in my 18x20 pattern racquets and it worked great. The string reacts like a 16 gauge hybrid and I experienced no arm pain when strung at #53 in my Babolat Pure Strike 18x20. The string pockets the ball really well and gives me a controlled launch. This is the string for my game and I hope you enjoy this as much as I do.

Comments: After a month this string has been very consistent with a very similar feel to Babolat French Open Xcel 17. This co-poly is incredibly just as comfortable as a multifilament. Will definitely keep this around as a go to string or dedicated in my back-up racquet. Its like a "goldie locks" of power, just right and ample spin.

Comments: I used this string on my Prince Warrior 100 and I don't like this string. I have been using Luxilon ALU Power Rough before giving this one a try.

Comments: I wrote the prior comments about the Warrior Response. I tried a few other "arm friendly" co-poly's. After using the Prince Warrior Response, I immediately cut out the other strings and went back to the Warrior Response. Granted the string is the polar opposite of Luxilon type of strings which are stiff, powerful, spinny strings, but it has a unique feel that is an acquired taste. I played a tournament with the string and was very happy. Having a string that is truly arm friendly and allows me to play without constant arm pain is a major positive. I also felt that I had more control with the Prince than other strings that I have tried. I also realized that I was able to create enough spin and power. I also felt the softer string feel led to me being softer with my hands when I was volleying. At the moment I am " all in" with this new string.

Comments: I am in a constant search of a string that is extremely arm friendly, but has the juice of of a co-poly. I use a Pure Drive Tour. I tried the Prince Warrior Response strings at 46 lbs. My first reaction was "Wow, my arm does not hurt." At first, I didn't think I was getting enough spin and power. But after several practices, I started to think, maybe this string might work for me. I am going to try a few other strings, but I think there is a good chance that I might come back to this string. Definitely worth a try if your arm hurts with traditional poly. Too bad this string is only offered in 1.3. I probably would prefer 1.25. I am going to try the Double AR Twice Shark ( 1.25) next to compare and contrast.
