The beatI purchased these for pickleball, after going through 2 pairs of KSwiss and 1 pair of as is for Pickleball. As an ex-tennis player, I should have known to try Prince shoes. These are very stable, have a wide toe box, and great support. I plan to purchase another pair as a spare - these are my favorite!
Prince VenomI have worn Prince shoes for about 20 years. I bought two pair of the Venom models last year (and a new pair last week). They have enough room for my orthotics and are nice and wide. The shoes are comfortable and provide the support I need. I have noticed that the bottom right shoe has worn out faster than the T22 or T22 Lite version. Other than that, I am pleased with the Venom model.
Wide toe boxThis Prince line has a wide toe box which is great for morton’s neuroma-- dealing with it and preventing it!
Nice shoeI have worn KSwiss for years because they have a wide fit. However they seem to have gotten narrower. These do have a wider toebox and they are lightweight. They work for me.
Suprisingly good tennis shoeI've worn Asics for over a decade and those shoes have gotten narrower and narrower and I have wide feet. I was looking for a new tennis shoe that would be somewhat light weight with good support. A friend had these and I was impressed by how good these were, especially for the price! For reference, I was wearing Asics men's Gel Challengers and then Solution Swifts before I switched to this. The SS's basically were light, but really didn't provide support. The Gel Challengers were feeling more bulky as the toe box was starting to narrow. These Prince shoes are indeed longer than you'd expect, size a half size down. I am usually a size 8.0, but I had about an inch extra in the toe box. I have sized down to a 7.5 and it still provides great toe box room and the support I need. As an intermediate player, I only wore these shoes for tennis with an average of playing tennis 3-4 times a week, this shoe lasted about 5 months. The soles were still in incredible shape, but I was starting to get ankle pain from using them, which meant the padding has worn. Overall, a VERY GOOD Shoe and STEAL for the price of these shoes compared to anything else it's equivalent out there. I bought 4 additional pairs just to have in stock.

Like this Venom sneakerI have two other Prince models that I use for tennis and pickleball. I tried these mostly because they were on sale - and I am so glad I bought them. Similar to other Prince models, they are wide in the toe box which I need. I use these just for Pickleball. I can fit my orthotic in them - but they are true to size and I do not go up a half size as I do with many athletic footwear. They are a little higher around the heal so I feel it protects my ankle more from the quick lateral moves in PB. They are well cushioned and overall I like them a lot. I have not tried them to play tennis - prefer to stick with my other Prince model.

Great shoe, just too narrowI was looking for a shoe with a wide toe box and was recommended that I try this one. I loved the shoe, but it was just a smidge too narrow in the toe box. It fit great everywhere else! I'd recommend giving it a try to my friends. Great cushioning.

Prince Venom shoesI am completely happy with my Prince Venom shoes (white pair and black pair). I have worn the T22 and the T22 light versions for about 20 years. These shoes allow my orthotics to fit securely down in the shoes (other brands keep the orthotics too high and my foot comes out of the shoes when I run). There was no break-in period and they are completely comfortable. I did notice that the length of the shoes are a little longer than the T22 version. They do squeak a little on the court surface (could be because they are new). Overall, I am completely satisfied with the Venom

Good shoe / Mistaken SizingI simply got very lucky. I thought I was buying regular men's shoes. I'm an 8.5 women in size and I have bunions although I always buy regular. I bought size 7 as I thought they were men's (because men's sizing is different). They are a bit tight at the toe but they fit like a glove nonetheless; no chafing; no pain, no pushing at my toes as I play. How is it that I fit "like a glove" into women's shoes that are 1.5 sizes below my regular size? Yet there you are. They fit fine and I like them. I just got lucky.
