The response is slightly softer than the original Focus Hex, with a little more power and comfort off-center. The sharp edges deliver exceptional bite. Very good overall performance!MSV Focus Hex Soft 17g, 1.20. Just tried it on a whim, after the HyperG went lose on my Ezone 98; HyperG was still ok after several weeks, but started vibrating and launching. Testing it side by side with the Mach10 1.25. So far, I am liking the MSV Hex Soft more than Mach10. Very good overall performance; better bite and control than Mach10. Softer than HyperG, but Mach10 is more comfortable than Hex Soft, though not much. I like it better than HyperG so far, and the feel and spin better than Mach10. Took a couple of hits to settle in; if it is durable, then this will be my main string competing with the Confidential 1.20! Strung 52 pounds in the EZone 98.
MSV Focus Hex Soft 17/1.20 StringGreat control, great spin, very low power, average playability, but good durability. Requires massive racquet speed to generate power (on my Wilson Pro Staff 85). Might be better on more powerful racquets.
MSV Focus Hex-- Soft 17Stumbled upon this string and was shocked at how amazing it performs. Great tension maintenance (I string around 58 on a Blade 98), above average spin, and solid power when needed. Super comfortable as well even at the high tension. Performs better than strings twice its price. Give it a try!
Msv focus hex softString is little soft. Powerful. Amazing spin. Goes well with stiff racquets like most Babolat options. Strung at 54 main, with a multi cross. Babolat Team 100 racquet. Better than Luxilon spin string. Tension maintenance is much better.

Comments: Yes, there is more power than expected. Was over hitting often. I still like the string. I would rather use it in a hybrid with a lower powered control polyester.
