The Head XtremeSoft Overgrip offers a soft, tacky feel and is on the thinner side. A great choice for the player looking for an overgrip which will not dramatically build-up the handle size. We found a nice soft feel from this grip with good absorbency.

Excellent ProductI have used Head XtremeSoft Overgrips for at least 15 years and had not found any other overgrip that works better before switching to them.
Great overgrips!These grips are very tacky and durable. I'm a moderate sweater so I can't attest to how well they are for heavy sweaters but they're great grips that I've been using for years now. Love the big pack for the better price.

It performs very well !I have been using these overgrips for about two years. It performs very well in training or competition, very durable. Pretty well recommended, no doubt about it!
Changed for the worse around December 2023Unfortunately, the last two twelve packs are noticeably different - it appears HEAD changed how they make this overgrip for the worse. These went out of stock around November of 2023, and when these shipped in December of 2023, they had noticeably changed. This used to be our favorite overgrip - stayed tacky for many hours, generally high quality, and reasonable cost, but no longer.
The tackiness is now worn off after only an hour or so of play, whereas previously it lasted for weeks. The overgrip is now barely long enough now (previously, had to trim 2-4 inches).
One easy way to tell if you have the new "formula" is check the backing that you peel off - if it super thin, you have the new poor formula we've gotten from our last two orders. It is a shame that HEAD snuck in the negative change using the same marketing name and packaging. We are paying the same amount for a worse product, so now we have to find a new overgrip.

Better than expectedPlayed tennis since 1995 and these are the first overgrips I ever bought. My fear was making the handle too thick. These were perfect. Very happy with this purchase.
