With its 16x19 string pattern and thicker 22m beam, this Prestige adds a dash of modern spin to the original formula
With its 16x19 string pattern and thicker 22mm beam, the Prestige Tour has long been the most modern racquet in the Prestige family. That said, with its compact 95 square-inch head and newly softened beam (from 65 to 62 RA), it still packs the kind of surgical control and buttery feedback that Prestige purists crave. Thanks to its 330 swingweight, the Prestige Tour not only does a great job redirecting the pace of a big-hitting opponent, but it also provides the needed mass to get the ball moving through the court. For 2023, Head adds Auxetic 2 to the yoke and handle to optimize the response. The Prestige Tour also benefits from Graphene 360+ (labeled Graphene Inside), which strengthens the frame in key locations to increase power and stability. Ultimately, the Prestige Tour is an outstanding option for experienced players who want to combine classic Prestige feel with spin-friendly targeting.

Best Modern Prestige?Long time old prestige mid user. Liquidmetal, iPrestige, Microgel, Youtek, Classic 2.0. For doubles these frames are great but I've been trying to play more singles, and have been looking for some more forgiveness especially on the backhand wing. Got the 2021 and 2023 Prestige Pro, which somehow felt worse than my old mids while equally difficult on the backhand wing. Tried a Radical Pro and Ezone, too mushy and unpredictable for my taste. Finally tried the Prestige Tour, and it's perfect. Still feels like a proper prestige, but has notably more pop and easier to hit deeper balls especially on the backhand. Still feels manuverable with great touch. I am so relieved I didn't need to get a Blade, Gravity or Yonex like everyone else out there to be competitive in singles. USTA 4.5, 7.25 UTR Doubles, 6.55 UTR singles (hopefully will get higher now)!
The Work Horse! It’s a lot of work with swinging this racquet but if you're able to manage and deal with the weight the rewards are awesome having pin-point accuracy, deep in the court base line shots with place wherever who want serving. The racquet is a must demo for sure.
If you can swing it, it’s the real dealSolid frame, great control and awesome color racquet that if your able to use the skill set of early racquet preparation this racquet does all the work, 16x19 string pattern helps push that ball deep in the court and feels plush doing so.
Head Prestige TourLove this racquet!
Worse than Wilson Blade 93This racquet is less powerful than a great mid racquet, Wilson Blade 93
Best Racquet I've Tried This YearNot much to say outside the title. It's too damn good. Touch rocks, feel rocks, very controlled. But on the flip? Decent spin and not bad power for its demographic. There's a lot of buzz about the VCore 95 but the Prestige Tour is insanely slept on. If you're not in the power racquet market but maybe want something more punchy without going ALL IN... I say look no further.
Lacking plow-through feelThis racquet might need to be heavier… it’s lacking plow-through power.
Awesome racquetI love the level of control you get using this racquet. The weight is very maneuverable and while it does require some time to get used to the racquet, it does not disappoint in performance.
My son loves this racquet! My son had the Head Radical MP and his coach had a Prestige Tour and let him use it during a practice. Subsequently, he "needed" this for Christmas. He loves the feel and the power he can generate with this racquet without sacrificing precision. He is giddy about the feel and is already seeing some improvements in his game.

A very good racquetGood racquet, it has good power, control, and spin. It has some similarity with the Head Youtek Prestige Pro which I’m still using as backup but this has a bigger sweetspot compared to Youtek. Highly recommended!
