Introducing the Extreme MP L 2026! Like the previous generation, this racquet puts the speed, spin, and power of the Extreme series into a very intermediate-friendly package. Boasting a speedy 307 swingweight, the Extreme MP L makes it easy to load the ball with pace and spin, reset the point with an outstretched flick, or react quickly at net. It also boasts a sub-65 RA stiffness, making it more arm-friendly that many of its competitors. For 2026, Head adds Hy-Bor to the layup, a material technology that uses compression-resistant boron fibers in the shaft to improve stability and energy transfer (think power). Auxetic 2 in the yoke and handle further enhances the feel and response. As with the previous generation, this model features Graphene Inside, reinforcing the frame in key areas for added power and stability. The Extreme MP also has Spin Grommets, which enable greater string movement for increased snapback, and a Spin Shaft, which increases torsional stability for less frame wobble on off-center impact.
