Customization Service
How it Works
Once you have chosen your racquet model, grip size, and desired specifications, please follow these steps to finalize your racquet customization:
1. BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, contact our Racquet Specialist department via phone or email to request a customization service.
2. Our skilled racquet technicians will then initiate the process of tailoring your racquet to meet the specifications you desire. Please note, modifications may or may not be visible on the frame, depending on the racquet and customer preference.
3. Once the customization process is complete, a racquet technician will get in touch with you. They will present the customized racquet(s) for your approval.
4. Upon receiving your approval, the customized racquets will be expertly strung and prepared for shipment to your location. This service typically takes around 3 to 5 business days.
*Please note that depending on the specifications you request, there may be additional charges for materials. Our customization service is also available for international customers, some restrictions apply.
