Overview
The CRBN 2X Series 16mm Pickleball Paddle offers the same sleek style players love from the CRBN 1 series, but this paddle features a standard shape design. New to the X Series Paddles, CRBN introduces Foam Injected Edge Walls for an improved sweet spot and reduced vibration. It features a raw T700 carbon fiber face which produces lethal levels of spin and offers a consistent feel across the the hitting surface. The paddle's square shape, which is shorter and wider, extends the sweetspot laterally for a more forgiving hit. A 16 mm core provides a soft feel that is perfect for players who crave added touch and control. The handle is fortified with reinforced carbon fiber to increase both paddle speed and durability.

Get it now!Surprisingly I was comfortable with the paddle after the first game. It has the extra pop and power I was looking for without sacrificing (too much) the soft game that I was used to with my previous control paddle. The grip feel is fantastic and the spin is exceptional. The 16 mm is a well balanced all court paddle.

CRBN2x 16mmThe paddle is amazing, great control and spin. I purchased the 14mm but it was a bit too poppy for my style of play so I contacted the company and exchanged it for a 16 mm. What a fantastic, customer oriented company this is! No issues at all with the exchange. My wife purchased a six zero paddle and tried to exchange hers too but never heard back from them. We are both now CRBN paddle users for life!

Definitely More PowerThe 2X has a fair amount more “pop” and does take some getting used to compared to the CRBN 2. The 2X great for put-aways and hand battles. Dinks and resets take softer hands and shorter, more compact swings (which I’m working on…). Overall, it’s a great paddle for someone looking for a bit more power compared to the CRBN 2. I’m keeping both.
