Overview
With the introduction of RPM Soft, Babolat brings unprecedented comfort to the RPM family. Unlike a stiff polyester monofilament, this string is constructed with a uniquely flexible polyamide core, giving it the most arm-friendly response in the RPM line. To help with durability, RPM Soft is built with two co-polyamide outer layers - one of which is reinforced with aramid powder and the other treated with silicone. Ultimately, as the softest and most comfortable member of the RPM family, this is a great option for comfort seekers who crave a plush and powerful hitting experience.

Great String - Does everything wellI had a test set of this string that Babolat gave out to their dealers and never strung it for fear it would hurt my arm. I finally strung it up and — WOW. It is the best string I've used in some time for comfort. It also delivers spin, control, and power. I was a long-time user of synthetic gut mains/polyester crosses. This is much more comfortable and plays better all areas considered. Highly recommended.
Love - HateI absolutely love the feel and control. In fact, I can't recall feeling more confident than I have using this string (my normal setup is hybrid VS gut and Lux alu power). HOWEVER, if you have OCD, the string movement after a few hours of play will drive you crazy! So close to being a great string but a no-go for me.

Comments: I love this string! I have it strung as mains with synthetic gut crosses. 55/57 lbs in a Head Speed Pro. Crisp at the begging and it settles down in about 5 hours of play. Best of both worlds. I am getting a reel when available.
