Babolat adds another chapter to the most powerful Pure Drive

Updated with enhanced vibration dampening for 2025, the Pure Drive 107 specializes in effortless power. With its light weight, forgiving head size, and generous margin of error, this racquet makes it easy for beginners and early intermediate players to address the ball with confidence. It's also a great option for the aging doubles veteran looking for big power on serves and lightning speed at net. For 2025, Babolat ups the comfort with an updated version of NF 2.0 Tech, a dampening technology that uses flax fibers in the throat and head to smooth out harsh vibrations (a welcome feature, considering the stiff beam). This model also inherits FSI Power from the previous generation, consisting of a bundle of technologies that enable the racquet to transfer more energy to the ball (think easy power). Other features include Babolat’s HTR System, a layup strategy that stiffens the hoop to further enhance power. Ultimately, this update to the Pure Drive 107 keeps a good thing going. Players looking for user-friendly speed and ultra-easy access to power will not be disappointed. The enhanced vibration dampening for 2025 is a nice touch.

Winner!I've been told it's not the racquet, it's the player. That may be true, but I am playing better than ever with this racquet. It has power, but I can direct it down the line, or anywhere I want more than ever before. It's also not heavy, which was my problem with my other Babolat, which I loved, but was hurting my arm. Highly recommend.

Expert consulting!I was fortunate to connect with an extremely knowledgeable and caring customer service representative who understood my needs in the way of a new racquet. After asking pertinent questions, she suggested 3 great racquets that were in-stock and ready to test. Once I tried and chose the Babolat racquet, this representative helped me choose the correct strings and helped me place and track my order. I tell everyone who notices my new "stick" (That's what she calls it:) about your fabulous customer service. My tennis coach can't believe how I ended up with racquet so perfect for me without consulting him... he's thrilled with my choice and so am I. Thank you!

Improved my tennis gameI'm an intermediate level player who decided to try out several newer sticks to see if I could find one that would improve my game. After demoing three different racquets, I chose the Babolat and now that I've had it for almost a month, I'm very happy. Backhand, serve, and volleys have especially benefited by the change. For players at my level, it's definitely worth checking this one out.

The 107 Gets a Little Better Each New VersionI've always had a wrist sensitive to the firmness of Babolat frames, and while I enjoy hitting with them I'm also apprehensive about potential physical problems. This new 107 is the best yet of its kind, a little softer feeling, though I still had a sense of firmness that makes me reluctant to commit to using it. Having said that, if your wrist is less sensitive than mine, give this frame a try as deep, penetrating groundstrokes come with a minimum of effort here, and serving and volleying also allow for easy aggression. This is a very good racquet.
