Surgical precision meets plush comfort. Updated with a faster feel for 2026.

Pro Kennex adds another chapter to the Ki Q+Tour Pro! Like the previous generation, this stick combines the laser-like precision of an 18x20 string pattern with a 98in² head and flexible beam, giving it pinpoint accuracy and exceptional ball feedback. For this update, Pro Kennex lowers the static weight to 305 grams, resulting in a faster feel while still packing enough stability to trade balls with a big hitter. The signature technology remains the Kinetic Quadfocus system, which deploys movable mass in four quadrants of the racquet's head to give you greater stability and power along with best-in-class arm protection. This is complemented by Comfort Cap technology, which extends Kinetic technology to the butt cap, resulting in an even more arm-friendly hitting experience. Ultimately, with this update, ProKennex keeps a good thing going. Experienced players who place a premium on control and comfort will love this one. The boost in speed is a nice bonus.

Superb Comfort, Dwell Time and ControlI tested the ProKennex Q+ Tour Pro 305 18x20 against the Wilson Blade V10 18x20 for approximately eight hours each over four days on indoor carpet, switching frequently between them. Both were freshly strung with Topspin Cyber Flash 1.20 at 21.5/20 kg. The Q+ Tour measured 323.6 g with a swingweight of 322, while the Blade measured 326.3 g with a swingweight of 324. Both are excellent control racquets, but they play differently. The Blade feels slightly crisper, swings a little faster and provides marginally more free power. Its trajectory is flatter and better suited to driving through the court. The Q+ Tour is more flexible and offers noticeably deeper pocketing and a longer dwell-time sensation. Although the string spacing is very similar, I could generate considerably more spin with the ProKennex on forehands, backhands, slices and serves. My backhand slice stayed lower and deeper, while kick and slice serves were significantly easier and gave me much more confidence on second serves. The Blade had a small advantage in effortless first-serve pace, but the Q+ Tour became surprisingly explosive at maximum swing speed. On fast carpet, I also preferred the Q+ Tour on returns because it produced controlled spin even with short preparation. Both racquets performed equally well on volleys, but the ProKennex offered better touch on drop shots and touch volleys. The Blade is already very comfortable, but the Q+ Tour provides even better arm protection. Its Kinetic system reduces impact shock without making the response feel muted. In fact, the Q+ Tour feels exceptionally connected and communicative, and I could clearly sense the frame working at impact. I prefer the Blade’s squarer grip and more pronounced butt-cap flare, which provides better support for my ring finger. I improved the ProKennex handle by building up the lower section with cloth tape. Overall, the Blade offers slightly more free power, faster handling and a crisper response. For my game, however, the Q+ Tour is the more complete racquet because of its superior pocketing, spin, slice performance, second serves, touch, comfort and connected feel.

Comfortvery good stick playwise. Precise, mid power, mid topspin. I'd say the same level as Head Radical MP (which, by the way, is one of my all time favorites, playwise). Comfort: yes, in spades; but no the kind of comfort you get in very low flex racquets, like Völkl PB 10 Mid, Wilson Blade, Head Prestige Classic. It is more of the kind no shock but firm. Very nice in fact. As you know, of course: the trick with Tennis Elbow is never to get one first place.
