  1. How do I place an order?

To place a team order, call our direct line at 1-888-466-1188 to speak with a team representative who will be able to assist with any questions you may have regarding team discounts and getting an order started.

  2. How can my league team place an order for uniforms?

Once your team has selected the line from which you would like to order, have your team captain contact a team representative. To register, you must provide us with your official team name, your captain's name, the number of players ordering uniforms, and which clothing group your team has selected. Once your team has been registered, your players can place orders through the Team Department individually by calling 888-466-1188 and providing us with their team name.

  3. What methods of payment can I use?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. We also accept checks, wire transfer, and purchase orders (from schools only). At this time, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a method of payment for team orders.

  4. How do I pay with a purchase order?

Schools, colleges, school academies (not tennis camps), and government agencies are the only customers who may pay with Net 30 terms. Before we are able to send out your order, we must have the coach's authorization, the school's billing information, and a faxed copy of the signed purchase order with purchase order number on it.

  5. What is the team discount?

The team discount is for school teams, USTA league teams, and other organizations that are placing large orders. Please contact the team department to see if you qualify for team discounts. We offer discounts on shoes, apparel, bags, strings and grips. We do not give discounts on racquets, liquidation items, junior apparel, tennis balls, or stringing machines. The discounts vary depending on the item and the quantities ordered.

  8. Does Tennis Warehouse customize uniforms?

We offer digitized logos and custom embroidery for team uniforms. There are seven design options to choose from online. Please see our embroidery page for more information.
