Comments: The post sales service at Sport Tutor is very good! I've owned the Tennis Tutor 4 w/remote control for almost 10 years. It has worked flawlessly until I dropped the remote control by accident. I called Ron for help. After a few unsuccessful tries, he had UPS pick up the machine and had it fixed right away. As a matter of fact, the repaired machine is like new! The throwing wheels are new, the motors are new, newly upgrade remote control components, and the broken flap is replaced as well. This kind of customer service is simply next to none, the best! They are 100% behind their products, that's my experience.
