Nike Zoom Breathe 2K10 W/Grey Wom's Shoe Customer feedback
Comments: I really wanted these shoes to feel as good as they looked. Unfortunately, they did not have much arch support at all, and felt very "boxy".
Comments: I love this shoe! It was comfortable right out of the box. They last a very long time too - 6 months, given the fact that I play tennis 4-5 times a week as an intermediate player.
Comments: These shoes are killing me. My feet hurt so bad, I had to quit during a match. I have tried them on 3 separate occasions and I am just not getting any comfort from them at all. Not sure they have the support that I was looking for either.
Comments: Recently I bought my second and third pair of these shoes to stock them up. I never buy the same model of shoes but I was so pleased with the lightweight, softness, comfort and cushion that I decided to make an exemption with these. I also bought a pair of men's 2K10 for my boyfriend and he shares the same opinion. Comfortable right out of the box. Surprisingly plenty of space in the toebox for wide feet. Despite I have narrow feet, shortly after these shoes are slightly broken in (no serious breaking in is needed!), this slightly larger toe box does not matter any more since they fit like a glove.
Comments: This shoe was extremely durable. I play 3-4 times a week. I also played collegiate tennis with these shoes and they lasted me a long time. I've had them for over a year now and the soles just ripped on me. That's good considering, I've been playing and running/hiking with these. Love them and getting another pair today!
Comments: I gave Nike shoes one last chance after two failed attempts to
wear Nike's and I can say that third time is the charm! The shoes were
soft from the get go and it needed no break in. Had a little bit of a
problem with the arch from my left foot but it's all good now. It is very soft compared to adidas Barricade V or any adidas shoes. It is very light weight, soft and good looking. I recommend wearing thick socks though. It kind of started hurting my toes with thin socks.
Comments: I'm disappointed in this shoe. It is much stiffer than I expected and there is a plastic strap that runs across the width of the foot. This is probably for stability, but unfortunately it hits right at the bone below my big toe. Lateral movement causes the side of my foot to bang into this plastic strap and causes me much pain. I play at a 3.5 level for about 2-3 times a week. I'm not going to be able to wear these shoes. I am very disappointed.
Comments: This is a pretty shoe. I did lots of research. It does irritate the inside of my ankle but changed my socks to overcome that. I found it is not good for a narrow foot. The width of the forefoot along with the meshiness allows for shifting which really hurts on hard stops. Wish there was a measurement/indicator for width kind of like there is for arch support.
Comments: I think this shoe is great and a nice upgrade from the Breathe Free II. I like the tongue better than the attached one on the Breathe Free II, and they are also lighter. Contrary to what some other posters said, I didn't experience any durability or comfort issues. I would definitely buy again.
Comments: These shoes are very uncomfortable until broken in. I have a scar on my foot from these shoes. They cause tons of blisters and wouldn't ever buy these shoes. Look great, though.
Comments: I love the comfort and there was no break-in period. However, my first pair last about 2 weeks before the uppers tore and the replacement pair didn't last any longer. If you are going to play tennis in them, I'd advise you to find something different.
Comments: This shoe is very good for players who are quick and need a durable shoe. It holds up well and barely needs breaking in. I would recommend it for any player that is looking for quality and style in one.
Comments: I have a wide foot and the shoe fit my foot just right. It's durable and light. It gets the job done. I had the Barricades before and I really like the lighter weight of this shoe. A plus is that the shoe itself looks really nice. Very well made shoe.
Comments: I love my Nike running shoes but these tennis shoes are a completely
different fit. As the description says, they are roomier in the mid to front and I can feel
this extra space when I move on the court. I play tennis 3-5 days per week. The shoes
perform alright if I am playing a doubles game that doesn't require much lateral
movement, but the shoes give me blisters on the inside of my arches if I move around
the court much during the match. I have never had this issue with any other shoe. I'm very
disappointed, considering the $100 that I spent.
Comments: Loved this shoe initially but now have blisters on insides of both ankles.
Comments: This shoe is very wide in the toe box.
Comments: I got these to play on simulated clay courts. It's true to size, lightweight, and comfortable. I play on hard courts most of the time and will use these only on the soft courts so they should last a long time. They did not require any "breaking in" (flexible but stable too) and I am very happy with them.
Comments: I had these and they killed my arches. Maybe I have huge arches, I don't know. The soul is very thin. They are very uncomfortable.
Comments: Was looking forward to trying this shoe. It is horrible! Very stiff. It runs large and slips in the heel. I would advise staying with the old one. Just wasted my money.
Comments: This shoe looks great, but is too large in the toe box for me. I had to return them.
Comments: This is now my shoe in addition to the Mirabella II. They are light, comfortable, good for speed and they both breathe. That's it!
Comments:Omg I love this shoe so much. At first when I saw them I thought, no way this is going to fit my foot it looked to small. After putting the shoe on it fit perfectly. I would say that my footwork improved the first day I put on the shoe. It has a little bit of breaking in like 2 or 3 days. On average I spend 5 hours on court every day except for Sundays and Mondays. I play a lot of tennis and am very rough on my shoes, but this shoe is the most durable shoe I have ever played in.
Great shoe Nike, I am loving it so so so much.
Comments: So far so good with this shoe, felt great right out of the box, lightweight with plenty of cushion and support. The breathe air II cut into the inside of my ankle causing me to return them bloodstained after 1 month. The new design on this shoe is such that it does not cut into my ankle.
Comments: It's taken me a while to find a shoe that's lightweight, low to the ground, without
sacrificing stability. I love these shoes and am going to stock up before Nike ruins it. Like they
do with everything in their women's line.
