Comments: I bought this shoe and I would agree with the concensus on the reviews. It is comfortable right out of
the box, it gives good support laterally and otherwise. I would agree that if you wear shoes out then these will not last you longer
than a month, but it is kinda like a bragging right to people who wear out shoes similar to the rites of passage for junior players is
a service ace, an overhead that goes over the fence and popping a string. When you do these, you are a real player. Wear a hole
in your shoes and then your completely there! People wear shoes out and these are about average when it comes to durability.
The pair I had still have tread on the soles, but are worn out in the places where shoes get worn, just like all shoes. The Babolat
shoes seem to last a little longer, but if durability is an issue, get the ones with a 6 month warranty. My only problems with the
shoes are these: They are deep and they kind of land wrong on my ankle bones mainly on the outside. I wear orthodics and this
raises my foot to where it doesn't bother me though. The other thing is the air pocket popped within a week and a half. It was
not covered under any warranty but I still wear them. They just push air out and sounds like my shoe breathes! I would buy
another pair as I am not too hard on the soles. I guess I don't move my feet enough! For the price, they are decent. But add a
few dollars and you can get a pair replaced in less than 6 months is you wear them out. 7 on a scale of 10
Comments: I am a 13 year old tournament player and after about a day and a half, I have worn part of
the outsole flat . These shoes are very comfortable, but they do not last long at all.
Comments: I buy Nike brands of shoes but I was very disappointed with this shoe. I only had this shoe
for 1 month and there is already a hole in the sole of the shoe and the toe part of the shoe tore apart. I would not
recommend this shoe.
Comments: I am a pretty aggressive hard court player, the soles are flat already and I have only had
them for about a month now! If you like to slide, do not get these! Also very uncomfortable while playing for more than
2 hours. I could barely walk after playing for 5+ hours.
Comments: These shoes have good support, but very poor ventilation and very uncomfortable for more
than one hour of play. Im my opinion going for a better pair is definitely worth it. These shoes don't cut it.
Comments: These are nice shoes and all, but I have already worn them all the way out and they have not
even lasted one full season. I was expecting them to last a lot longer. But like other people have said, there is no
ventilation and your feet get really hot quick. Another thing about these shoes is how once the heels are worn out it
goes to thin plastic and then no support. Other than all the negatives, I feel like I have the coolest looking shoes on the
court.
Comments: The shoe's leather tore a hole in the side of the shoe during
the first week of playing. Another hole appeared on the top toe part of
the shoe also after three months. Not a durable shoe at all. It takes
some time to break these shoes in. Definitely not the most comfortable
shoe either, as switching to these shoes has given me pain in the arcs
of my feet for the last three months.
Comments: Very comfortable and good support. On my feet, it took the skin off toe number 2
on both feet, even after having worn them casually for a week and with 2 pairs of socks.
Played again today and better, so probably need more running in than expected. Remember
every foot is completely different so all shoe reviews reflect the foot as much as the shoe.
Maybe the 4.3 is better?
Comments: This a very comfortable shoe, easy on the knees and ankles. This is not a
shoe for anyone that drags their feet, when I serve I drag my right foot and after a
month of playing once a day there is large hole in the front toe. This would be a great
shoe for someone who either doesn't play a lot or someone who is very light on their
feet.
Comments: Comfortable, takes some time to break in though. Played with it on a relatively thin sock out
of the box for 2 hours straight and it left blisters on my soles. The rubber/plastic
material on top has no ventilation so be careful when you decide on these shoes.
Comments: I like this shoe a lot .Good looking, comfortable with good support. Stability is important at
this stage
of my tennis life. I'm 68yrs old 225lbs. My weight is hard on knees and ankles . I was concerned initially with the
slightly higher
instep lace up, but I like the extra support it gives my ankles and my heel doesn't slip in this shoe like it does on many
other
models. As far as wear, the jury is still out. Twenty five years ago when I was 50lbs lighter and played every day
durability was
important, but now I only play once or twice a week and its possible this shoe will out last me. The only other shoe that
fit me this
well out of the box was the adidas T10'S.
Comments: This shoe looks sweet and is nice. The toe box, however, has no ventilation causing a
swampy situation
in the area. Those prone to athlete's foot would do well to avoid this one. Otherwise, sweet kicks!
Comments: This shoe looks and fits great. One word of caution, the sole may leave chalk like marks
hard courts
for those swift of foot. Other than that, another terrific Nike product.
