Comments: I have used KT Tape, Kinesio, Rock Tape and Skinetex. I found Skinetex and Kinesio are far superior than KT or Rock Tape. KT Tape is by far the worst. Its not tacky enough. Falls off much easier than any other. I find Kinesio frays a bit too much but not as much as Rock Tape. Would recommend Skinetex over Kinesio. Overall, I would not recommend this product.

Comments: I was skeptical at first, but they are truly amazing. It's like a custom built brace. Highly recommended. Check out YouTube for instructions.
