Comments: After taking up tennis at age 49 after a 30+ year lay off I had a terrible bout of tendonitis in my knees. I figured I was just going to have to wear those knee bands forever and just deal with the pain. Then one day while browsing tennis-warehouse.com, I saw the videos for the Kinesio taping and thought I would just give it a try. It couldn't hurt, right? I played a league match on hard courts the same day the tape came in and when I got home my knees were screaming! I applied the tape to both knees after a shower and by the morning when I woke up the pain was 50% gone and after a week it was 95% gone. I only have to apply it every once in a while after a hard match on hard courts, but other than that it has seemed to really help my tendonitis out! If I wouldn't have felt it myself I would never have believed it, and have also healed a couple of other injuries with it also! All I can say is give it a try! It worked miracles for me!

Comments: I first saw it on TV on Justin and Fernando Gonzalez, got curious about it and found some information in the internet. Decided to buy a couple of rolls to try on my knee, honest to God, it made all the difference in the world, my knee felt more stable, with the same movement range, and did not swell after play, definitely worth a try. I strongly recommend everybody to get the first application done with a qualified professional. And yes, you have to shave the fur away.

Comments: I've been using this for about 3 weeks now off and on, taped by my PT for a shoulder impingement and it really does help. Pain is reduced and it definitely encourages correct posture and position of the shoulder when applied correctly. Stays on about 2-3 days depending on how much you end up sweating during play. Also you would not want to get it completely wet when bathing or that will make it come off more quickly as well. If you have a need for this and can be assured you are getting it applied correctly, it's a nice option.
