Comments: These shoes are horrible. I bought them maybe late April, early May and they already have a worn out sole and the place where the toes go in the front of the shoe on top has split. The shoes are very comfortable, but also very cheap. I play competitively every day and I need shoes that won't wear out within the first month of playing.

Comments: I am the mom of a competitive junior. We have tried all the brands and the Adidas Barricade are by far the best shoe he's tried. (I have a pair, too.)- The fit is so comfortable and sure. He does wear them on a shopping trip or two to beak them in before wearing them to play. This break-in softens the upper a bit and makes the shoe feel like it has conformed to the feet. They provide excellent stability and give confidence in your movement on the court. The Barricades provide super grip on hard courts that lasts a long time, do not cause blisters or wear on the foot, and look sharp. My son plays for an intense hour to two each day, excluding competition. He generally out grows the shoes, not the other way around... i.e. the shoes wearing out (the sole worn through) before he's grown out of them. Luckily, there is the 6 months sole warranty, which we have used once. We have tried Nike (too narrow, got blisters and less stable, rolled the ankle repeatedly); Prince (they feel a bit lighter and are very soft & comfortable, but the soles wear through in 2 months), Babolat (closest to the Adidas, but he likes the Adidas better). Comments: I absolutely love these shoes! They are the best ever! For the hard working athlete who is willing to run around the court all day, these are the shoes for you. Indoors, these shoes have amazing traction to keep you in balance on those hard "almost-winner" shots hit by your opponent. When outdoors, the shoes also keep out most of the heat from the weather and keep your feet from overheating when you have to continually scramble for balls. And these shoes aren't just for guys. Girls look very stylish in barricades, especially when they go out and be bold when wearing guys' shoes. I'm a girl and I absolutely love these shoes. So pick some up at your local tennis store or online and improve your feet on the court.
