Comments: My first thought with this racquet was it is too light. I fixed that with lead tape at 3 and 9 o'clock and then went to hit. you can feel the flex in the throat on bigger swings giving this stick a comfortable feel. The isometric head throws the ball out at a low angle that makes slices very easy, (slice was my favorite shot). The racquet has enough spin to pound forehand and backhands deep without going long due to the flex and open string pattern. The isometric head shape also makes it easier to hit sharp angled groundstrokes, but also makes the top 1/3 of the racquet head feel a little vague. Power was on par with my h tour, but control and feel didn't quite measure up. It was a good hit and I could probably make this my main stick.

Comments:After trying several racquets for my daughter, she finally settled on this. She is a developing high school player, and we found that the specs were perfect for her. The racquet is light, well balanced and extremely crisp most places on the string bed. She had played with a Pure Drive GT, but that was too much racquet for her game and had more of a trampoline effect with her groundstrokes. This is a well-made frame at a great price.

Comments: Demoed a bunch of racquets around 11 oz and even with the terribly loose demo strings, knew that this was the best choice for me. Upon first playing with the actual racquet I bought, I found myself falling in love. The power level was just right for me on groundstrokes and serves. I have never played with a racquet that allowed me to direct the ball like this (I had been using the Babolat Aero Strike.) And spin generation is incredible, again, at least compared to what I was used to. Some guys might have a problem with the perhaps feminine aesthetic of the racquet, but I couldn't care less. Highly recommend for my level (2.5 ish) and above, especially now that the price has dropped again.

Comments: I love this racquet. It has a blend of control and an additional power, which helps me stabilize my one-handed topspin backhand. I used to play with a heavy and stiff racquet like the Wilson Ksix one 95. Though it was a good racquet, it didn't suit to my technical change from two-handed backhand to a one-handed and caused a shoulder injury. This racquet is awesome for those who have shoulder problems like me. It is relatively flexy and doesn't transmit shock load to the shoulder. It is probably not the best racquet for those who look for very powerful serves, but it is probably easier to hit kick/slice serve because it has very good access to spin which also provides stability at the baseline. If you like to play a tactical tennis and you need extra power from the racquet, this is the racquet for you. This is my first YONEX racquet, but now I know it is definitely not the last, I really like this racquet.

Comments: I have been playing with Yonex for about two years and ever since then I have seen a great improvement in my game. I am playing with the RDS 300 MP but it is time for an update and I took this racquet for a demo and it was the worst choice in racquets that I have ever made. It felt so unbalanced and very hard to control. If you are looking for a good racquet that will work with and improve your game try the RQIS 2 Tour. That is a far better choice.

Comments: This one is a beautiful stick! It healed my sore shoulder while I was playing. If you have any pain with your shoulder - try the Yonex RDiS 300. Since I preferred lighter and quicker frames as a Volkl Catapult 4 or a Yonex RQS 11, the demo racquet did not impress me too much in the beginning. My last racquet before was a Dunlop Aerogel 300 which healed my shoulder too, but was horrible to play. In comparison the Yonex RDiS 300 is light years ahead. First I struggled with which string type to use: tried a Wilson Sensation, a Kirschbaum ...? and a thinner Babolat - did not satisfy me. Frame felt perfect, but no power, no spin. An American tournament player recommended a Weiss Cannon Scorpion 1.22mm. Use these strings and enjoy one of the best racquets ever.

Comments: No regrets after ordering this racquet. As a top notch Junior player Boys 18, I play close to daily and this racquet has not ceased to amaze me. I've never tried a Yonex before, but now I know what I've been missing. It's a little on the lighter side, but still blows through the ball with great control. I put a lot of spin on the ball, which it is great for, but I actually like its light weight because I'm a fast player who's always on the move. Overall, a must have in my opinion.

Comments: Recently switched from the RDS 003 to this racquet. RDiS 300 provides a much more muted feeling, which is exactly what I was looking for after hitting with the 003. It is solid and feels more stable on heavy balls. It does not whip through the strike zone as fast because of the heavier head but offers plenty of spin if you chose to muscle it for extra topspin. However, the 300 offers more plow through on flatter hit balls and serves. Overall, it is easier on my arm and shoulder than the 003 with similar characteristics. May need to switch out the grip to a leather one or add weight to the butt to achieve the same headlight feeling of the 003.

Comments: Let me put this review into context. I first learned to play 28 years ago with the Wilson Jack Kramer and Donnay Borg Pro...so as a player with my skills, I am used to a racquet with a small head. Compared to them, this is so much better! One thing I have noticed is that, for intermediate players, so many folks recommend a racquet with a huge head. I suspect that the reason for this is to encourage the older hackers when they make contact. But it doesn't do much for teaching control. I demoed this racquet after seeing my favorite player, Jie Zheng, use this to zip around the court this summer. (I also use the Yonex RD 003, which is very similar to the RDiS300, albeit a racquet which has less control and more power.) This is a great, great racquet! I found it to be easier on the arm than the other two contemporary racquets with which I am familiar, the Yonex RD003 and the Wilson [K] Blade Team. I found it to be more forgiving on my groundstrokes, and very easy to use in a volley. I had some qualms (as a typical guy) about the white color; but as soon as you hit that first rally, you forget all about it. So if anyone is willing to take the word of a certified hacker who is just trying to improve, I can heartily recommend this stick.

Comments: As a tennis coach, I get to try all the racquets. I recommended someone to buy this one, and asked him to give me a try. Without a question, 1 of the best racquets ever made, if not the best of them. Comments: Used the racquet for the first time in a match today. Switched from the RQiS 2 Tour. The guy I play with a lot said he notice more spin and pace on my shots when using this racquet compared to when I used the RqiS 2 Tour. I like the way my two handed backhand feels with this racquet. Comments: Overall a really nice, solid racquet. I have played with mostly Yonex and Babolat and currently play with Pure Drive Cortex+. I have hit with many of the Yonex line, including the predecessor (RDS 003). This racquet has a nice but slightly lighter swing weight. It feels solid but definitely feel like I have to swing considerably faster than with my PD to get same heat. I wish it were available in an extended length. A must demo.
