Comments: I applied this to a dunlop aerogel 4d200 tour handle. The grip is tacky and semi perforated.
The backing is firm and sticky and the grip stretches around the bevels on the handle nicely for feel. The tacky surface
does seem to attract dust and need wiping regularly. When clean it holds great.
Comments: I love my new Dunlop 200 Biomimetic Tour rackets, but unfortunately they come as standard
with this type of grip. It's far too tacky - my palm started blistering after less than two hours of not very intense play
and I found it difficult to smoothly change from forehand to continental grips with this grip. A great shame as the
previous Dunlop Hydromax Tour grip was my favorite - wish I'd stocked up on those. For now I'm experimenting with
overgrips to get rid of the tacky feel and (hopefully) the blisters.
Comments: This came on the 2 Biomimetic racquets I purchased. I bought them a month apart and really
noticed a difference between the 2 racquets in terms of grip tackiness when the 2nd racquet arrived. In other words,
the tackiness doesn't last long at all. The grip itself lasted about 3 months of 3-4 times a week play before it started
falling apart at the butt and I had to replace it.
Comments: I first encountered this grip when I purchased a Biomimetic 500 Tour. As I removed the
plastic wrap over the grip, I noticed that the paper label didn't come off. Taking it off was like trying to peal a sticker
and so it became apparent that this grip was sticky. After a hitting session with my new stick, it seemed that I
developed a few new blisters, and eventually the skin on my hand tore- tore up my hand like my hand tears up using
Tourna grip.
Comments: This grip is not for me. It's probably the worst grip for my hands that I've ever actually used.
It's sticky, not tacky, but sticky! I mean to the point that could feel it after I played with it. That wouldn't bother me that
much if it were just sticky but it felt slippery when it got wet which for me is unacceptable. So this grip being sticky
when it's dry and slippery when it's wet just made it impossible to find it comfortable.
Comments: I like tacky grips and have used different ones out there. This is beyond-tacky, it is dare I
say, too tacky. It sticks to your hand; tackier than the Gamma "grips you back" grip. It is also not too thick, so doesn't
provide much shock absorption, but as far as tacky goes, you can't find a stickier, tackier replacement grip.
Comments: The best replacement grip bar none, will not slip!
