Comments: These shoes felt great right out of the box, and I took the advise of ordering a 1/2 size larger, but unfortunately after about 3-4 weeks the seams split at the toe and a hole formed on the inside of the shoe. I used Shoe Goo to fill the hole but there's nothing I can really do about the split seam. I play every day and alternate between my adidas Barricades and these.

Comments: After reading the reviews and doing research on which shoe best fits my feet (including searching the TT forums) I decided to try this one. My foot is broad and flat up front, but with a skinny high arch. Kind of hard to describe, but think swimming flippers. The arch support on this shoe is very good, and the 360 strap makes it fit onto my foot extremely well. Only played a few matches, but so far, doing well.
From: Chance, NC, USA 08/09

Comments: Been wearing these for 6 months now. Great durability on the outsole as I play 4x/week and the Michelin rubber's still holding up well. On the down side, the cushioning and support of the insole died down so badly that the ankle support, overall comfort and toe protection are gone. Gotta say best looking tennis shoes ever though, I'll miss wearing them.
From: Chung, Forest Hills, NY, USA. 7/09

Comments: Update on my previous review of this shoe. Wearing well, cushioning good. There is, however, an issue with the way Babolat designed the shoe. The shoes lack any stability whatsoever in the front half of the shoe. This is why I will pay for Nike and Adidas designs in the future and be wary of lighter, less expensive shoes (haven't had that problem with the Nike and Adidas products I've worn). People complaining of a lack of cushioning... I don't think that's the problem. I think it's forefoot stability. After a very short break-in period, it is completely absent. May as well be wearing half a shoe. Seriously thinking of replacing the shoes before I hurt myself, 6 month guarantee or not.
From: Kurt, Colorado Springs, CO, USA 06/09

Comments: These shoes are amazing. The only bad part is that they are heavy. After about a month you get used to the weight. But, they are amazing, Babolat makes the best products.
From: Riley, Riverside, CA, USA, 05/09

Comments: What a nice shoe. I also have Barricade II's and Oscillates. In terms of cushioning, I'd rate the Team All Court III in line with the Barricade II, both being more cushioned than the Oscillate. In terms of support, they're comparable. As for fit, the Babolats are a bit roomier. I wear two socks with my Barricade IIs after four months of wear, and I am borderline being able to wear two pair right out of the box with these Babolats. Arch support seems better than either the Barricade II or the Oscillate. For me, no break in whatsoever. Straight out of the box to 4.5 hours on the court with no problems. I have only one mildly negative comment about the shoes. The lacing system is tied into a strap that attaches to the loose side of the tongue of the shoe. That might be annoying for some, and it means you have to be more careful putting on the shoe. Once on, it doesn't annoy me at all. Overall, I think this is a solid effort from Babolat. We will see how they wear. Six-month guarantee is a nice thing to have.
From: Kurt, Colorado Springs, CO, USA, 05/09

Comments: These shoes are good! However, they are pretty tight when you first get them. You have to break them in for a couple of days. Moreover the fit of these shoes are perfect once you break them in. I wouldn't recommend these shoes for anyone who toe drags because mine ripped. The shoe is not sturdy enough. The shoes don't last long, but they're a great quality shoe.
From: Thunder, Milwaukee, WI, USA. 4/09

Comments: As someone else said, they do come up a bit small, so I bought the half size up. However, when playing, they are so stiff and clumpy they feel like bricks tied to your feet! My toes were sore, and my feel just hurt... I ended playing my worst tennis in them for a long time. I've tried insoles to improve them, but I think the shoe design is too brittle. I've gone back to my Wilsons, which feel great, stable, yet cushioned and hold your feet well, without causing toe-damage...
From: Anand, London, UK. 3/09

Comments: I forgot my shoes (Nike Cage) and had to buy this shoe. It was the only pair in the shop in my size. I have been pleased with the overall comfort of this shoe. I am a 4.0 player and played three times so far in these shoes and they are very comfortable. I have worn Nike and Adidas barricades and these are on a par with them for comfort. I will have to see how long they last and how long the cushioning remains good.
From: David, Dallas, Texas, USA. 3/09

Comments: Shoe reviews are very subjective, but I hope my review helps at least a little bit for those of you considering the Babolat Team All Court IIIs. I personally hate these shoes. Here's what these Babolats did to me: After purchasing what I felt were a correctly fitting pair of Team All Courts, which felt awesome while walking around in the store (and I have thirty years of tennis playing and shoe buying experience so I know what a correctly fitting pair of shoes feel like), I played in them once. After an hour-and-a-half long match, the Team All Court IIIs left both of my toes badly bruised. Right where my big toe nails meet the skin is where the bruises occurred so the bruises are actually under my nails. Looks like two big blood blisters under my nails. Yeah, it is as painful as it sounds. So, I'm done with Babolat shoes forever. Awesome rackets but I hate their shoes. Now, the Babolat Team All Court IIIs look cool IMO, which to me is the only reason to buy them. Because I only wore these "toe wreckers" once, I cannot attest to their durability. This really stinks because I spent almost a hundred bucks on a pair of shoes I will never wear again.
From: Jeff, Lexington, KY, USA. 2/09

Comments: I play 3-4 days/week. 4.0 Baseliner. Toe dragger. I get 3 months on these, but did have to buy an athletic insole to help with cushioning (low arch). Good durability and stability. On my ninth pair...
From: Chris, Dallas, TX, USA. 1/09

Comments: I play tennis about 4 times a week and serve at around 105 MPH and these shoes are the WORST shoes in the history of shoes. I would rather play in Crocs than in these shoes. They feel nice while trying them out in the store, but during the game you better get some icy hot patches on the toes cause they will hurt big time. These shoes are overrated, overpriced and you are wasting your money. I believe Babolat makes the best racquets, but never again buying Babolat shoes.
From: Anon. 1/09

Comments: This shoe is horrible. I like the look, but it doesn't offer much cushioning, dampening, or any support. After wearing them for 3 days on the court, my arches were hurting so badly, that I could still feel a slight ache two weeks after switching back to my old shoes, which have not given me any problems ever. I cannot recommend these shoes to anyone.
From: Deb, NYC, NY, USA. 12/08

Comments:Nice durability and looks, but awful comfort. Try barricades or new lotto they are much better.
From: Michal, Dubai, UAE.
NTRP Rating: 5.0

Comments: TERRIBLE SHOES!!!!!!! There is some kind of thing on the shoes that juts out and kills your ankles. I couldn't even walk in mine after two days!!!!!
From: Bobby, Mobile, Alabama, USA. 11/08

Comments: Its been one month and the bottom of the shoe has smoothed out. But of course I play every day for at least 3 hours. Great support, traction isnt best neither durability, but good arch support.
From: Kg, San Ramon, USA, 11/08

Comments: I like these shoes from the previous shoes I have worn. I've worn the Nike Breathe Free 2 and the Barricade IVs. I think it is a good blend of both. It lasts longer than the Breathe Frees and is lighter than the Barricade IVs. On the other hand, I don't think they look as good as the Breathe Frees and do not last as long as the Barricades. My problem with these shoes is that Babolat requires that you wear a hole into the insole of the shoe and neither Nike nor Adidas requires this. On a side note I recently purchased the Barricade Vs, I think those are by far the best hard court shoes on the market from looks to stability, hands down nothing compares.
From: Don, Garden Grove, CA, US. 6/08

Comments: I've had this shoe for more than 5 months and a hole just now started to tear on the outer part of the big toe. This shoe is pretty durable. I would definitely recommend this shoe to all power players who specialize on the groundstokes.
From: B Davis, Rome, GA, United States. 3/08

Comments: This shoe fits perfectly. They are light and very supportive. I wore them out in less than 6 months, so I sent them in to get a free replacement pair. I hope Babolat honors its sole guarantee, otherwise I will be very disappointed.
From: Dan, Beaverton, Oregon. 2/08

Comments: I actually was disappointed in these shoes, unlike most people. The cushioning was bad, and my feet hurt a lot. They were stable but were way too stiff. They were uncomfortable, and the laces are way too long and get in the way.
From: Kevin, Chicago,IL, US. 11/07

Comments: These shoes are good and are very true to your ankle. Though the durability wasn't the best, and I worn them in four months. However, none of other shoes has lasted that far either, so it's not really bad. Overall they are good shoes but take some time to break in -- maybe a few weeks. After that, they are very comfortable.
From: Dhanu, Phoenix, AZ. 10/07

Comments: Literally, this is the best tennis shoe I've ever worn. With the first model, cushioning was a problem. It no longer is. Everything that was great about the first model, stability, traction etc., is even better with this model. I own a pair of Vapor IVs and tried them on one foot with the Babolats on the other and there was no comparison. The Vapor's felt unstable and lightweight, but not in a good way. I haven't worn the Barricade IV's but these look so much better than the Adidas that I wouldn't bother. Bottom line, if you're serious about your game, not just posing in the club or court side, these are the ticket. Not that you couldn't pose in these but that's the icing on the cake, not the cake.
From: Johnathan, Charleston, WV, USA, 10/07

Comments: Awesome shoes! Very comfortable, lots of stability and stylish too.
From: John, Wilmette, IL, USA, 09/07

Comments: Easily the best pair of tennis shoes I have owned. I dont think you need to go a half size larger as recommended, I followed the advice on the Team All Court II and the fit was perfect, but going the extra half size up in these was a mistake as they tend to fit truer to size. They last forever and provide excellent ankle support (all of my ankle problems disappeared after switching to these shoes). Definitely a great investment, I am at 4 months and still going strong with daily two- hour play.
From: Don, Valparaiso, IN, USA. 7/07

Comments: Have used these shoes for a year now and are in need of replacement. They felt like boards at first but soon broke in and were great! They have worn like Michelin tires with equivalent traction and lateral control. Love them and will buy another pair soon.
From: Ralph, Vancouver, B.C., 06/07

Comments: Wow. Although the weight isnt extremely low, they feel light. Insane support; I actually tried to see if I could roll my ankle...not possible. Great traction with the Michelin rubber soles.
From: Stefan, Detroit, MI, USA. 4/07

Comments: Wow. Although the weight isnt extremely low, they feel light. Insane support; I actually tried to see if I could roll my ankle...not possible. Great traction with the Mich rubber.
From: Stefan, Detroit, MI, USA, 04/07

Comments: The best shoes ever. Light, comfortable, but not too durable on the sides. I play 5 days a week on both hard and clay courts for 5-6 hours a day. I think its time to get a new pair after 3-4 months or just alternate shoes.
From: Silen, Bradenton, Florida, U.S.A. 3/07

Comments: Great shoes with an outstanding later support and wrap fitting system. Playing continuously on hard courts, cushioning is ok for the first 3/4 months than tends to stiffen. The sole durability is absolutely brilliant!
From: Pierpaolo, Kuwait, 02/07

Comments: One of the 4 silver plastic lace through-holes on the shoes popped off after minimal wear. Great support and grip, but I would not buy another pair due to the poor design of the broken plastic supports.
From: James, Haslet, TX, USA, 02/07

Comments: I am a new player. These are my second pair of 'true' tennis shoes. Much better than the K-Swiss I owned as my first pair. Visible wear occurs quickly on the soles. They do have greater support than K-Swiss, but somewhat heavily and minimal arch support. I would also add that I have somewhat narrow feet, and these shoes would be better suited for a wider foot. I really had to cinch them tight. I am trying Adidas Barricade II next.
From: Dave, Reno, NV, USA, 01/07

Comments: I'm an avid junior player who plays about 2-5 hours a day. I've had these shoes about 1-2.5 months now and they are already worn out. I play a lot but I would've thought that a shoe a tire company helped make would have better durability. However, this shoe is amazing on the feet and is a great buy. I just need a little more durability.
From: Josh, Mesa, AZ, USA, 12/06

Comments: These shoes were great. Light, comfortable, awesome ankle support. I have wide feet and these shoes fit awesome.
From: Alex, IN, USA, 12/06

Comments: I am a 3.5-4.0 "all-court" player. These shoes took a little while to break in, but they are now fine. Much lighter and easier on the feet than the Adidas Barricades, but a little more cushioning would be desirable. Also, a variety of different color schemes wouldn't hurt. Hard to match red with my present tennis gear!
From: Tony, Stockton, CA, USA, 11/06

Comments: After two months, I have holes on both shoes where my big toes are, usually other shoes like Pumas take 2 weeks to get a hole... and I've been through 9 pairs since I've first started tennis (2 Years). These shoes are Fabulous! The 360-Strap is ingenious since my feet are really skinny and long, I ordered half size bigger and their perfect! I played with other shoes and when I changed directions I would always slide, then when switching to these and changing directions, its crazy... but still wishing that the rubber was thicker on the heel and toe, for I dash with my toes and change directions with my heels way too much.
From: Thomas V., Arlington, Texas, USA, 11/06

Comments: When I first got the shoe, it felt a little clumsy but after walking around in them for 10 minutes I felt like I was walking on air. These are the most comfortable shoes ever. Plus, my ankles are weak but I have not rolled my ankle once with these. Definitely worth the money.
From: Mick, Brooklyn, NY, USA. 10/06

Comments: Not only do these shoes look good, but the comfort is exceptional. They are the best tennis shoes I have purchased. I might not have Roddick's serve but at least I've got his shoes. A-rod is no.1!
From: Charles, Sydney, Australia. 9/06

Comments: I play for one of the top high school tennis programs in the nation. We have even been recognized by Sports Illustrated. Of the last 33 years we have won 31 state championships. I received the Babolat Team all court shoe two months ago and I absolutely love it. There is great support and traction, though there could be more ventilation. It comes with two insoles depending on your preference of comfort and performance, so do not worry about cushioning. I would recommend this shoe to anyone no matter what level of ability.
From: Jason, Englewood, Colorado, USA. 9/06

Comments: When I first got the shoe maybe a year ago I didnt like it too much at first. I started playing in them more and they became a great shoe, but after maybe 3-4 months of playing in them I started to feel problems with my big toe and I got huge blisters. The inside of the shoe started to wear and thats the only problem i had with them. It took 5 months for me to have to get a new pair and Im out on the courts all year about 4-5 times a week. Im thinking of getting them again b/c of how well they fit my foot and the support I got.
From: Andy Miller, Blandon, PA 08/06

Comments: I have used these shoes since June and they have started to really scuff up. Im a big slider on hard courts. After I hit running balls I usually slide on the court and these shoes give the extra traction and stability help get back in the court. No pain just sweet comfort and sweet stability. In my opinion a great shoe for flat footers.
From: AJ, Ocean County, NJ, U.S.A 08/06

Comments: Superb shoes, plain and simple, with one important shortcoming: cushioning. After three hours of playing on hard courts my feet hurt. Fortunately I had a replacement insole which has made these shoes the best I've every worn. Plenty of support, traction, and looks that kill. What more could you want?
From: Johnathan, Charleston, WV, USA 08/06

Comments: Very snug and comfortable. Its very light and also very cool looking. It has great durability and absorbs a lot of vibrations. I recommend this shoe to people who slide on hard court and more comfort and durability at the same time.
From: AL, Ocean County, NJ, U.S.A 08/06

Comments: I have trouble with flat feet but the Babolat Team All Court shoes have not given me the pain or soreness normally experienced. I feel a stability and traction that has increased my tennis ability and confidence. I am very pleased!
From: Kerry, Bismarck, ND USA 08/06

Comments: These are the best shoes out there in my opinion. They have the ultimate comfort, stability, and they are very, very long lasting. I have these shoes for about for about a quarter of a year, and they are still clicking and I play tennis about 4 times a week.
From: Cam, Neenah WI 08/06

Comments: When I first put on these shoes, they felt very awkward and uncomfortable. But after a good hour of playing, they started to feel great. I love how they fit my foot perfectly with a nice snug fit. Sure they aren't the most comfortable shoes around, but they hold up pretty well. Also, even though it's a mens shoe, it works just as well for girls!
From: Christiana, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada 06/06

Comments: They are very snug when you tie them up tight. I like the feel of the arch support.
From: C.J., Brookfield, Wisconsin USA. 6/06

Comments: This shoe fits great it's probably the best shoe Ive ever felt coming straight out of the box. No break in needed for me, I usually experience a lot of pain with shoes when first wearing them, but these fit perfectly and nothing pinched, or felt awkward. The only thing is the outsoles are a bit to stiff. When you jump and land you can feel it hard. Definitely a stiff rubber. Definitely worth every penny.
From: Paul, Illinois, USA 5/06

Comments: They are the best in looks but the worst in comfort. They are simply too stiff despite having been broken-in.
From: Roy 05/06

Comments: A little heavy when I first stepped into them and considered getting the pure all court III's. Before I got this shoe I had been having some ankle problems from an over irritated growth and this shoe didnt help it. The pure all court III's are light and comfortable, something that cant be said about these, but the team all court does have awesome traction, and the durability is awesome. Ive had these shoes for a month and counting now and I am a 4.0 player
From: Andrew, Wilmington, NC 05/06

Comments: They look great but they are very uncomfortable. Too stiff for my liking. They take forever to break in.
From: Roy, HK 05/06

Comments: The shoes are great for people who play tennis twice a week but not good for me. I train at a tennis academy and I play tennis around 6-7 hours a day. The shoes just are not durable enough. They are also a bit heavy. The Roddick shoes are the same shoe so they have the same problem. I still recommend this shoe for people who play tennis leisurely.
From: Josh, Ojai, California, USA 04/06

Comments: These shoes are flat-out awesome! They provide great ankle support and still maintain great mobility. They also look great. If I had to say something negative about these shoes I would say the tongue strap gets a little annoying, but its not a big deal. And I definitely would order a half size up.
From: Zack, Woodbridge, VA, USA 04/06

Comments: Comfort and fit problems. They look great and work well on the court, but the tongue and toe box caused problems. First I started getting a very painful pressure point on the top of my foot from the large plastic lace eyes that are used. I put extra padding under the tongue to help with this. But still have trouble with my toes jamming badly into the front of the shoe. Their one-sided tongue design isn't good and the wraparound strap that goes under your foot is another bad idea that loosens during the match, causing me to have to re-tie the shoes. No wonder Andy Roddick has foot problems. Get something else!
From: Victor
Eugene, Oregon 3/10/06

Comments: These shoes were the most painful things I have ever put on my feet - for the first two practices. Since then, I absolutely love them. Comfortable, stable and grippy. I've had them for over eight months playing hard court about 3 times a week and the bottoms are just now starting to wear out. I have wide feet and had to buy a full size larger than normal, but the fit and room in the toe box is perfect. I'll definitely buy another pair.
From: David, Atlanta, Georgia, USA. 2/06

Comments: Received these as a gift.. I absolutely love them. When you first get them there a little stiff.. and the sole is a little sticky on the court. After an hour these shoes became the most comfortable thing in the world. I would definitely order a half size bigger when ordering them.
From: First Name:Ethan, Indiana, USA 02/06

Comments: THESE SHOES ARE TERRIBLE!!!!. I bought them at in the same week the bottom fell off. I got a new pair thinking it was a faulty pair. I was wrong, it did the same thing again tonight in my tournament. It happens when I go out for a wide forehand. So, get the Barricade 4's.
From: First Name: Ryan, Carmel, Indiana, U.S.A. 02/06

Comments: Well I only got them this morning and have played and my verdict so far is that they are great. They look fantastic and they perform like Roger Federer. The traction is a right bobby dazzler. I WOULD RECAMEND THESE SHOES TO ANYBODY WHO CARS ABOUT PLAYING TENNIS WITH SOMTHING THATS GOING TO PERFORM!
From: Abraham, England. 12/05

Comments: This shoe is very comfortable! I recommend these shoes, at first they're very squeaky and may bother you, but after about 2 hours they begin to get quieter. Very very comfortable, good job Babolat!! The strap makes them very snug so your foot doesn't slide at all!
From: Joey, Glasgow, Missouri, United States, 11/05

Comments: I've worn these shoes for two months. Hitting about 5 times a week. Pretty intensive 4.5 workouts and matches. First 6 weeks shoe wore and felt great but after that shoe started to breakdown and feel very "hard". The bottoms held up well but the lack of cushioning started to hurt my feet. I think Michelin created too hard of a bottom which affects were in other parts of the show. Uppers stared to wear out and stretch more than the bottoms. Went back to Barricade III's and they now seem best for the long haul.
From: Dan S. Kirkland, Washington USA 11/05

Comments: I played with the Adidas Barricades before I bought this shoe, and I don't know what I waited for. Great traction, light, durable, and look amazing. A good buy for anyone playing hard tennis.
From:

Comments: This shoe has durability unlike any other tennis shoe I have ever had. I will admit they have a hard sole, but I can deal with it. They fit fine. Bottom Line: A GREAT BUY IF YOU WEAR OUT SHOES QUICKLY.
From: Lawrence, Augusta, GA, USA. 11/05

Comments: Wow this shoe was incredible. Everything felt almost the same except the grip, there was a stronger traction to it. And also my whole feet felt fully wrapped up because of the 360 degree strap which really helped me to run better. No break in required, very comfortable.
From: Torrance, Singapore. 11/05

Comments: I have been wearing these shoes for the past three weeks or so of playing and I find them very comfortable and playable, but I find that they do not last as long as I would like. After just three weeks of play, just about everyday with some days off in between, the sole of my right shoe has mostly become flat - right where it hits the ground! As I play more I have noticed that the sole is becoming more and more weak, and will not last much longer. But in general for a weekly player these shoes are great. At a much higher level I would not recommend them.
From: Adam, The hague, Netherlands. 11/05

Comments: I've tried a lot of different shoes and I have to say that these are the best so far. They take some time to wear in but once you have, it definitely feels like you've got your moneys worth!
From: James, Toorak, Melbourne, Australia. 11/05

Comments: They are so hard as if no cushioning.. I will stick with my BII
From: Kavin, San Jose, CA, USA. 11/05

Comments:I have been searching for a shoe that lasts longer then 2 months and I think i have found them. This shoes are not just durable but comfy also. A great shoe.
From: Brendan, Portland, Oregon 10/05

Comments: Great traction but not worth buying new pairs every 2 months. I play tennis 4 times a week and I burnt the outsoles out. This shoe needs more outsole durability.
From: Joey, Raleigh, NC, USA 10/05

Comments:very narrow! Sole is too hard! no cushioning!
From: Randel, Wilmette, IL, USA 10/05

Comments: Really nice shoe. With the wrap around tongue, your foot feels firmly locked in place. They have a good lacing system. My foot did not slide around inside the shoe and they were really stable. I was able to change direction on a dime with no problems and no fear of rolling an ankle. The cushioning is very good, yet you still feel low to the ground. I did order up 1/2 size as recommended and the fit was perfect with a pair of Thorlos. They are comfortable right out of the box. I cannot comment on the durability yet. The looks are great also. I've gotten lots of positive comments on them. I would rate them a 9.5 out of 10 and would definitely buy another pair. This is a serious player's shoe. Good work Babolat.
From: KM, Orlando, FL, USA. 9/05

Comments: I have a pair of these shoes, and they are very hard. I really dont like them. I think a tennis shoe has to be soft and firm.
From: Fernando, Guayaquil, Guayas, Ecuador. 9/05

Comments: WOW these shoes are so comfortable and sturdy. They also have great traction and the soles do not wear out quickly at all. I am going to buy like 2 more pairs just because they are so great for tennis. Andy Roddick made the right decision wearing these shoes for tennis. I would definitely recommend these shoes for buying.
From:Joe, Staten Island, NY, USA. 8/05

Comments: These shoes are funky fresh.
From::Will, Salt Lake City, UT, USA. 8/05
