Babolat Drive Z Lite Cortex Racquets Customer feedback
Comments: Great Racket. I am a junior and love the amount of power and
control this generates.
Comments: This racquet is great for every shot on the court. I've played with this racquet for two years. It is very
light but a great tool. You will love it and get ready for a full on blast hit and aces on serve. Good luck.
Comments: It was a good racquet for me because I am a baseliner. The racquet has a light
weight for control and power. I highly recommended this racquet for anyone who wants a light
racquet for their game style and it sure has helped me with my game style.
Comments: question is this a guy racket or girl racket?
Comments: I have had this racquet for about a year now, and it's been very kind to me. The groundstrokes are fine,
volleys above average, and the serve has been very good. The problem is the fact that this racquet is light, shots with more
topspin don't go the distance that they need to go, so it isn't very forgiving in that respect.
Comments: Really nice stick, lots of power and spin. Flat shots tend to sail long though. All around good stick for a
competitive junior.
Comments: This racquet is the best racquet I have ever used. It is great for topspin and backspin. It is also a great
lightweight racquet. It is a great serve racquet it gives an easy point. I would recommend this racquet to any player from the ages
10-13.
Comments: This racquet feels great on the serve and is forgiving. Good access to spin and power. The cortex
system eliminates the majority of vibration but I prefer a dampener. The racquet is head heavy so it took some time getting used
to it as I play with a Yonex and the weight is evenly distributed.
Comments: I had this racquet for three years and it was a solid racquet. More suited for FH
and serve though. BHs were fine. A very light racquet.
Comments: I just purchased this stick a week ago I've only played for three hours with it but I'm very confident to
comment on the positives of this racquet. There is such a good balance and feel to it and it's very suitable to those who have an
all court game no vibration whatsoever when you hit the ball it seems like sweeetspots are every where definitely much better than
my prince hybrid 03 I'll recommend this to anyone who liked a clean pong to striking the ball and it's very easy on the arm....
Comments: This is a great racquet to begin with, the serves are amazing,
forehands are smooth, the backhand as well. Although, the racquet seems
a little to light. Even though it weighs a little, most of the weight is
on the head which makes it a hammer racquet. Despite all the times I
dropped the racquet, it makes it a perfect racquet for all beginners and
pros. Giving all people a good swing and power on there shots. Other
than it being light, it is a well made racquet that Babolat has created.
Comments: Despite this being a lightweight head-heavy racquet, this is not the "high power" racquet most seem to
think it is. If you're looking for a racquet that does most of the work for you, look elsewhere. That said, this is a fantastic stick for
people who like to take big, loopy swings on groundstrokes. It's pretty difficult to overhit with...the head-heavy balance makes
this racquet feel heavy when you swing it. Despite the description, this is not an easy racquet for generating tons of racquet head
speed. You have to provide it yourself. However, this is not the stick for flat hitters...it really loves heavy topspin and slice.
Another thing that's great about this racquet is the feel and feedback. It's very crisp feeling on ball contact, and when you hit a
good shot you can feel it in a very pleasing way. The Cortex system does a great job of filtering out the "bad" feedback (you can
tell the difference by hitting a ball holding the racquet at the throat and then hitting from the handle) while still leaving a very
solid feel. And finally, the biggest surprise: this is one of the most forgiving low-power racquets I've ever hit with. Horribly off-
center shots still hit their mark and feel crisp, and even shanked balls have a tendency to find the court. Racquet twist and jarring
from badly-hit balls is minimal (surprising for a racquet this light). Don't be fooled though, this racquet does have some
downsides. This is not a racquet for people with short swings...you really have to take a full cut at the ball.
Comments: At first I thought I had found my racket, but the more I hit with it the more it felt like a dead fish in my
hands. It has plenty of power for serving, but hard to get good spin on second serves. Plus I like to create my own power and
with this one if you take a big swing and don't have lots of spin it will sail long. All in all if you have a good swing look to another
racket.
Comments: It's a very good racquet. Its light weight helps us to increase the swing speed and helps our ground
strokes.
Comments: I couldn't really get a rally going with the racquet, and my hands felt really stiff after a set. The plus
side for this racquet is that it can help serves become much faster for to ace a serve.
