Comments: 22 years ago I had the original Wilson Profile (raw power +) and roughly 12 years ago I switched to a
Head Ti-Radical (one of Agassi's old sticks) which had much more control and maneuverability. Shortly thereafter I experienced a
physical impairment that left me seeing double at a distance. I didn't play tennis much for a long time after that, for obvious
reasons. I recently decided to get back in the game even though I know that hitting cleanly is more a matter of lucky anticipation
for me than anything else. I realized I needed a racquet whose strength was handling off-axis shots with enough power and
control to give me a decent chance at getting the ball back over the net and in the opponent's court. The Delta Core Power (DCP)
does exactly that. It has some of the highest off-axis power retention percentages of any racquet out there. Even though it has
power galore, the DCP controls it well (unlike my old Profile). I'm amazed that I can take full stroke wind-ups and really whack the
ball but still manage to keep it in the court. Both slices and topspin are easy to accomplish, and the racquet is forgiving on the
arm and surprisingly maneuverable despite its higher than average swingweight. The real kicker was the sale price of $69 here at
Tennis Warehouse. Some other sites try to sell this racquet for as much as $200! Given all of the positive attributes of the DCP,
the sale price was the icing on the cake. I feel like my game has been reborn.
Comments: This is my new racquet love! I play 4-6 days a week, social and club leagues, and this racquet is
wonderful. Lots of power off the groundies, volleys, and serve. Spin control is great. It almost feels effortless. Very cushy, soft
feeling without losing control. The 110 sq" head is very forgiving with a huge sweet spot. If you are looking for a racquet that is
easy
on the arm you might want to consider this one. Hardly any arm fatigue after playing 3 hrs! I love it!
