Comments: I have narrow flat feet, and previously had been wearing Response 3. When my Response +4 arrived I was concerned that they seemed much different than the "3". Seemed much stiffer and different in many ways. I didn't care for the appearance of the "+4". The "3" has much better ventilation on the sides. ... However, now that I have played with the new model they have begun to "grow on me." The +4 seems to mold better to my heel and middle foot which helps prevent lateral slippage which is a problem for me. The +4 seems to set up a little higher than the "3". ... I have somewhat short toes. These new shoes fit me OK, but the +4 definitely are a little shorter than the "3".... I don't care for a shoe with a large toe box which turned me against some of the new models of New Balance that come in a narrow width but have too much toe room for me. The smaller +4 toe room is good for me. If you have a wide foot, it ain't going into this shoe. Even my narrow foot has the laces spread wide. ... Still think the 3 is a better looking shoe, but I'm beginning to like the +4 and would suggest trying them if you are looking for a narrow shoe.

Comments: This shoe is a good overall shoe, but I play at an academy 4 hours a day and a lesson two days a week. They wore out on the heel in 3 weeks. I would give this shoe a 7 out of 10.
