Comments: I have just bought this shoe, and it was my first tennis shoe. I just tried it today. The shoe was
comfortable if you have a low arch. The outsole was great. I can put on the brakes fast and it's light weight to help me get to my
top speed easier. I disliked that it became hot while playing intensely. The thin leather beside the toe box was very thin, which
seems like it might wear out quickly.
Comments: A nice value at a good price - out of the box, but the outsoles suck in terms of durability. After 3
months I'm well thru the grey outsole and am into the soft spongy undersole. I'm afraid I can't recommend them for anyone who is
a fast mover on hard court.
Comments: This is a great shoe for the price. Thank you Tennis Warehouse!
Comments: I loved this shoe. I have been buying really expensive ones lately. Took a chance with this one and
viola! they're perfect. The size, the weight, the look, simply perfect.
Comments: These shoes are well worth the money. The only problem I've had is my feet slipping some in them
while playing, but by adding an extra par of socks I no longer have this issue. These are the only pair of tennis shoes I've ever had
that I also wear for casual use. You simply can not beat these for the money.
Comments: This is a light shoe which is important for me. Outsole is comfortable
with good surface grip. However insoles are of the lowest quality IMO. Therefore I too replaced them with a sport insoles (extra $$
which obsoletes the lower price tag). The shoes are now much better. Synthetic leather is thin and doesn't have much arc support.
But this is a good shoe for the weekend player for the money. Still if you need better comfort and stability and something that will
last longer, look elsewhere.
Comments: Great shoe! One of the most comfortable, form fitting shoes I have ever worn for the sport. No break in
is needed, they feel great out of the box. Still last me after 5 months of intense play.
Comments: I am very happy with the shoe. It is very soft toe material. I got them today and played a tournament
tonight 2 to 3 sets. It felt amazing and price is great.
Comments: I bought these because the price was so low, I had to try them. I figured if I didn't like them they could
be worn to knock around in casually. Before wearing them, I did replace the insoles(stock insoles are very poor quality) with a Dr
Scholl's sport insole- I was very pleased with the fit, comfort and weight of the shoe. Played 4.0 level doubles last night and they
played great- no knee pain the next day(I have arthritic knees). Glad to say I will continue to wear these for tennis. Hopefully the
outsole will last 3 or 4 months- if so, these are a great deal.
Comments: I am pleasantly surprised by this shoe. I have worn many of the more expensive models and brands
over the years and took a chance with these due to the price. I am happy I did. They are comfortable right out of the box and
provide good traction and support. Great value!
Comments: These are very nice tennis shoes. I've been using them on hard courts and clay courts and they work
just fine. My feet didn't even hurt wearing these. They are not slippery on the court and are very comfortable to wear. I give them a
A+ in value.
Comments: Great shoes for my slightly wider feet. I'm an all-around, aggressive base-liner, and I've been able to
move exceptionally well in these lighter weight shoes (as compared to Babolat Team). No break-in period was required for me.
Very good deal for Adidas shoes, as compared to Barricade or their main product lines. I would recommend these to serious
tennis players who like to move aggressively around the court. For someone like me (NTRP 4.5) who plays at least 10-12 hours
tennis per week, the shoes
are not too durable (lasts about 6-8 weeks), but you can't ask for too much, right?
Comments: These shoes are pretty good for the price. At first, there was a break-in period and my feet hurt a little
but after two weeks they felt perfect. I normally play on clay and I have a way of sliding. So after a month I had a hole in the
reinforced padding.I would still buy them again.
Comments: Great shoes. They're a little rough from the beginning but after breaking them in, I felt like I've worn
them all my life. Can't beat the price either. I can get 2 pairs and still have more money left than if I got the Barricades.
Comments: The shoes are comfortable, wear well, light and inexpensive. They fit my narrow feet well.
Comments: These shoes have a lot of room in the toe box and have good stability. They also have very good value.
Comments: Great value! Nice out of the box, not too stiff, not too light, (not slipper-like), with some nice cushion.
An honest shoe for the weekend warrior, or the teaching pro who's on his feet all day! Probably not rugged enough for the
competitive junior, but a good shoe at a solid price point. Barricade lite!
