Comments: I was very disappointed in the fit of this shoe with my orthotics. The heel depth is very low so the shoe feels like it comes only half way up the heel, and the length is a little longer than other Asics of the same size. I know because just a week earlier I bought Asics Gel Foundation plus for $81 at a local reputable shoe store, which feel very comfortable with my orthotics. I decided to order a second pair to save money, but I found a totally different shoe design even though it is the same size and brand. Would not recommend this shoe for tennis if you require orthotics, and it's not even very comfortable as is without the orthotics.
