Comments: No disappointments here, a solid shoe, I bought 2 pairs.

Comments: A very comfortable shoe. The biggest drawback is that the company forgot to put an additional hole at the top of the shoe so you can tighten it, enabling your foot to "sit" firm. The shoe loosens after minutes of wearing.

Comments: I bought this shoe last week through mail order. I live in Canada and last Friday was the first chance that I had to get out and play. The shoe arrived at noon and I played at 5:30. The first time that I put it on was at the court! This shoe felt like I had worn it for half a season. There were no stiff parts that needed to break-in at all. My feet have not felt so great in years. There was no sliding on the hard court at all and they gave great cushion and support. I played with Asics a few years ago, and never should have switched to the swoosh, but I will now stick with Asics!! Great shoe, looks great and feels great!!

Comments: Great shoe. True to size and very comfortable. These shoes feel a bit heavy and do not have much ankle support but are far superior to other shoes I have tried. I can say that Asics will now be my shoe of choice.

Comments: This is the best shoe I have ever played in. I am very glad Asics are continuing the shoe under the new name. With the lower profile and good lateral support, my foot feels stable when playing.

Comments: Yes!!! The Gel Enqvist is back... under a different name. This is the greatest performance shoe ever. So expect a comfortable, well-cushioned and light shoe, but no durability. Why not call them Asics Gel Gasquet instead of Asics Gel Encourage? In fact Gasquet has been wearing the Asics Gel Enqvist for a couple of years now so that makes sense (as long as Gasquet is wearing them of course).
