Comments: Have been searching for the perfect serve and volley weapon. This racquet is it! Gives plenty of pop on serves, incredible stability at the net, and enough control that I can swing away. Adidas will make serious inroads with this stick.
Comments: Extremely control oriented racquet, very similar in spec and feel to the Wilson K 6.1 95 18x20. The open string pattern provides a solid response off backhand and forehand shots. I found decent access to spin and plenty of depth from this stick and although heavy at 12.2oz it was still very maneuverable at net for volleying. Serves were consistent, very powerful and well directed thanks to the 95 sq inch head. All in all a solid performer from Adidas and on par with other player sticks from its major competitors.
Comments: I usually use a stiffer racket, the K-blade 93 weighted to 13.5 ounces. This racket is softer, more comfortable, and a little bit easier to hit with. Spin wise, not that great...similar to the blade. Control not as much. Power wise definitely a plus. Also feel is good. Wouldn't use this racket though...
Comments: This is the best racquet I have ever used. My backhand does not normally reach the base line as its quite weak, but this provides a lot of power I am now finding the baseline comfortably. Highly Recommend 10/10
Comments: After demoing many of the popular player's sticks: Kfactor 95, Kblade Tour, Dunlop 200, Prince Rebel, Babolat Roddick, and Head Prestige mid, I took a swing with the adidas Tour. I switched to the racquet after the first couple of days hitting with it. Like all heavy player's racquets, you have to have the correct form to generate the power. That being said, it provides plenty of power and spin.
Comments: I am a huge adidas fan and have been since high school. From the first time I picked up this stick, it felt like a magic wand. It was great feel, great access to spin and the touch is out of this world.
Comments: Highly well-balanced racquet for all-court players. No need for lead tape, I love it.
Comments: Like every player's racquet, you have to provide your own power. So, I think this racquet is one of those racquets that teaches you how to swing properly. My forehand is my best shot, but with this one. I definitely felt a little less power. My shot was traveling less distance. But, most importantly, the aiming was better; I could control my shots a tiny bit better with this racquet. Forehand slice was awesome, much better depth and pace control with this one. My backhand felt more stable. Also, with this racquet, I needed little more upward swinging to clear the net safely. Backhand slice and drop shots were little tricky. Volleys were definitely nice.
Comments: I never thought I'd like a dense string pattern since my game is based so much on topspin. But, after demoing this racquet with the Wilson KSixOne 95 (16x18) and the new Prince EXO3 Rebel, I must say the dense pattern is the way to go for me. I chose the Adidas Barricade Tour over the other 2 because the Barricade is a little stiffer and felt more stable. It does feel a little more head heavy than the Rebel, but I felt like I could not hit the ball out with the Barricade Tour. I didn't see a lot of spin difference between an open pattern and this dense pattern. It has the weight to feel stable at net and moves easily for me. The added stiffness is good for me on first serve, but the Barricade Tour also provides enough spin for my kick second serve. My one-handed backhand isn't as heavy with topspin yet, but slice backhands are very good with this racquet. It certainly provides a ton of control and has a little bigger sweetspot than the new EXO3 Rebel.
Comments: Good enough for me. Hit well with great control and good spin. I really like the balance on this one. Well suited for baseline play, and solid at the net.
Comments: It feels head heavy but still feels good on groundies. You have to supply your own power because of flex & 18x20 string pattern. Control freaks will like this racquet & 95 head size feel like 100. Overall not bad but no wow factor.
Comments: I tried this racquet, and this felt head heavy even though it's 7pts head light. I like this racquet on the second serve and my backhand, but my forehand and my frist serve didn't feel right. I do not recommend this racquet to anybody.
Comments: No lead tape needed, this racquet is perfect straight out of the factory. Adidas knows what they are doing. Demo this racquet; it's worth a try.
Comments: This racquet is no flop, that's for sure, it hits a lot like the K six-one 18x20, but it has a bit more spin. Trent is right, the racquet is at least as good as the shoes.
Comments: This racquet wasn't very good at all. It felt like I wasn't getting any spin when I hit. I only got a little pop when serving. The Wilson 95 racquets played better for me.
Comments: Very solid feeling stick--very crisp with great control and power--it took me some time to get my forehand right but my backhand and volleys, serves were great. I have t.e. and I can say I felt no pain. Welcome back, adidas. It's good to have you back.
Comments: Considering the head light balance, it felt a little slow getting the head around, especially at net. Nice solid feeling racquet from the baseline, you could tell it was over 12 oz., good plow through, nice color scheme, too unwieldy for me though. I will stick with my Fischer.
Comments: So far so good. I've only hit with this racquet for a day but it felt like I've always played with it. It is very comparable to the Head MG Prestige racquet line but with a slightly bigger head. It felt very solid with a muted feel if you use a "worm" type dampener. As with the Prestige, it had very good plow through, control and power. You can still generate a decent amount of spin but not as much compared to an open string pattern racquet. If this is any indication, it should hold up pretty good when I play a few sets with it. As the TW description stated, a lot of 4.5+ players will like this racquet.
Comments: This racquet is just great stick for a 'PLAYER'. Try it and you won't be disappointed. WOW, I am the first to post for a Adidas Racquet.
Comments: This racquet is so good it has excellent feel, and spin is out of this world. This racquet is as good as the shoes.
