Comments: I have been a fan of New Balance for many years, but it seems as though the last few new styles don't compare to those made 2-3 years ago. I purchased these because I went through the 1002 too quickly. These shoes (WCT 1003) did not run true to size, I wear a 9 in every shoe. There was too much toe room but what I really disliked is that they have a natural wide look to them because of how the "N" is placed on the side of the shoe. Very little arch support. Returning these. I hate to give up on New Balance but think I have to unless they bring back the 1001!!!

Comments: Wow! The WCT1003 is a great improvement over the 1002. Their claim is right, no break-in time needed. Right out of the box and onto the court, it was very comfortable from the start. I like the more flexible sole and the cushioning support is excellent. To me, the support seems to be better for lateral movement as well.
