The EXO3 Ignite offers lots of performance for advanced level players. For inspiration, the EXO3 Ignite looks to the Prince Response racquet line of old -- the choice of once world number one, Patrick Rafter. With a 12.2 ounce strung weight and a swingweight of 341 (RDC), the EXO3 Ignite ensures there's plenty of stick behind every shot. Players with a fast and smooth swing style will find they can hit a very heavy ball with this racquet. From the baseline this racquet offers a very dampened and comfortable feel. The sound from the stringbed is a deep 'thwack' providing a hint at the very muted yet stable feel. Spin production is decent, but this one is not as whippy as the light, Team version. Rather, plow through and weight of shot are the strengths of the EXO3 ignite off the ground. At net the racquet continues to feel rock solid. There's ample mass to deal with heavy hitting and some nice punch for deep volleying. All in all the solid stick makes an appealing choice for advanced level players seeking an arm-friendly offering. Those with found memories of the Prince Response line need to definitely spend some demo time with this one.
Note: This racquet does not come with a head cover
